Very good at updating the completion date at the last minute. Was originally going to take 2 weeks, got post poned to the week after a day before it was supposed to be done. Fast forward to the day it's expected to be done, they changed it to the next week. I understand that it does take time, but how is your expected completion date so off. I just returned my rental, now I need to pick up another rental for the following week...

I recently got rear-ended and took my car to Caliber Collision. Rob was my estimator, and he was great—made me feel taken care of and kept me updated every step of the way, making the whole process stress-free! My car was repaired quickly, and when I picked it up, it looked as if nothing had ever happened! The workmanship was flawless, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Really liked the cleanliness of the interior afterwards as well. I’d definitely trust them again if I ever needed repairs in the future. Highly recommend!

they did a great job at fixing my car. it was brand new and i unfortunately hit a deer, they got me in right away and kept me informed the whole time. both the drop off and pick up process was very easy. i was a little worried about the paint because i have a color you don’t see very often but they did amazing!
