I had All American Restoration come out to my home inspection and they did a phenomenal job. Cody was responsive, professional, and he really got down to business. I was impressed by their level of knowledge, the technology that they used, response time, communication, and most importantly, the strategic discussion at the end. They provided a clear path forward and I felt 100% more comfortable knowing that we had a solid plan coming out of that event. Thank you All American. I'm a customer for life.

As a licensed CPA, real estate investor, and board member of multiple townhome associations, I’ve worked with many contractors over the years. I first met Jimmy Thurman and his team at All American Roofing & Restoration under challenging circumstances—after a previous contractor left me in a difficult position by failing to complete a roofing project.
With only one week remaining before closing on a property, All American Roofing & Restoration stepped in and completed the roofing project in just one day, saving the transaction. Impressed by their swift response, I decided to thoroughly vet the company. I verified their standing with the Minnesota Department of Labor & Industry, the Minnesota legal system, and the Better Business Bureau. After finding no issues, I felt confident they were a reputable and reliable company to do business with—especially after my negative experience with the prior contractor.
Working with Jimmy and his team has been a pleasure. They are transparent, highly knowledgeable, and meticulous in their work. During one project with a townhome association, Jimmy was the only contractor—out of five others with hail damage expertise—who was able to identify hail damage to our exteriors. His attention to detail is second to none.

Working with Jimmy and team made a really difficult situation manageable. Our insurance was a problem from day one, but the All American team was always on our side and fought on our behalf time and time again. The work they did was incredible and beautifully done - and fast! Will recommend their services time and time again!

All American did a siding project for us this week. We had birds pecking on or chimney and there were holes all over with rotting siding. We had them replace the siding on the chimney. Courtney brought us samples and helped us decide on a color scheme. The prices were reasonable. And the workers were kind, polite, and picked up every scrap of debris when complete. My meticulous husband said they had "beautiful craftsmanship" and no damage to the roof or any other part of the house! We are very pleased with the results!

We are thrilled with the work AARR & Jimmy have done to help us at Community UMC navigate the insurance claim and restoration process. AARR & Jimmy were incredibly patient throughout our three-year ordeal trying to get our facility repaired. Jimmy took care of us like he was one of our own parishioners! He has a great heart. His concern was evident in words, actions, and detail as roof, siding, and windows were negotiated and installed! Thank you AARR! We found AARR to be a company where the owners, Jimmy and Cathy, take pride in their work; provide exceptional customer care; did a great job of following up with all the details of our new roof installation. Our roof was installed in under a day and the workmanship and roof are top notch. We were especially glad that they took the extra time to identify our roof venting issue; which lead to them replacing our soffit vents to fix the problem. We will definitely contact them for any future contracting projects and would highly recommend AARR.

After a hail storm damaged my roof, All American Roofing got me through all the insurance mumbo jumbo and got my roof fixed before winter thanks to John, my claim specialist my roof is beautiful and according to the city inspector one of the best roofs he has seen in years. We just had a new roof put on our home by this company. If you are looking for a roofer who is dependable look no further. The roofing crew worked with precision and our roof is beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about this company, they are knowledgeable, precise, hard workers, you could just tell they knew what they were doing. Daniel, the representative, was on site and didn't have to tell the workers what to do, they had a plan and it worked out perfect. They paid special attention to eaves placing special materials to prevent leaks. There are a lot of roofing companies out there but I recommend All American. They then cleaned up our entire yard and made sure there were no nails, staples, or roofing pieces left behind. They covered every piece of landscaping to ensure cleanliness and ran magnets over the entire area to ensure they got every nail. We highly recommend this company. You won't be sorry. Avoid working with All American Roofing and Restoration LLC if at all possible.We had a terrible experience. We needed a window replaced while under warranty and it took FOREVER to get someone to come out. We were charged a trip fee of $200. The installer didn't have the correct tool to finish the installation and left with a plan to return "in the next few days". The window wasn't functional. He never returned and when we called again, we were charged another trip fee ($150 this time) for someone to come and correct the issue. When we got the bill in the mail, we were given 3 days to pay it. We were out of town at the time and received a follow up call stating if we don't pay the bill within 7 days they threatened to place a lien on our property.AWFUL customer service. We were patient with them but are beyond irritated that they threatened to place a lien on our property after the bill was unpaid for a short period of time.
