Stopped in to purchase a screen protector. I needed help. The guy was with some one else. I was there for 15 minutes and he never made eye contact with me or told me how told it would be. He even walked over to the display I was at, but never said boo to me.I will NEVER go back to that store.

We had the worst experience of our life working with Austin the manager the guy is a complete fraud and lied through what teeth he has. It’s been complete hell trying to get our bills and phones figured out if you’re reading this do not, and I will repeat do not go to that store. The only thing he was concerned about was making a sale. The guy has absolutely zero knowledge and everything he promised us was a complete lie. Our first bill tripled. No thanks to him. We are working with the Monticello store to get things worked out and they have been great .Update from customer service response. Thanks for your very generic email. It’s the Rogers store and your manager named Austin. You should teach him proper business etiquette not to screw the customer. I have wasted so many hours already emailing and calling. How about you just give me a phone number and a representative to speak to. How you let this guy run your store is an embarrassment to AT&T Louis has been great and he’s always fixing Austin‘s mistakes. Maybe your company should have a stern talking to him.

I stopped by to upgrade my iPhone and had assistance from Luis. He was great, knowledgeable, wasn’t pushy about adding on extra products, took his time explaining everything and also made sure I had everything that I needed. I really enjoyed my experience today. I would recommend stopping by ☺️

I was told to come into the store (by a store employee) for help with signing up for the healthcare worker discount. My employee badge only has my first name and first initial of my last name, therefore was rejected online. I was getting more errors submitting my paystubs and job letter online as well. The person I worked with today was so uninterested in helping me. He reuploaded my badge and said I would get an email if it was accepted and if not, I could upload my paperwork. I tried to explain my badge was already rejected online, and I would like to submit my job letter in the store today. With the most arrogant and condescending tone, he said he had "high optimism" and because he had the "authority of a store behind me," he believed my badge would get accepted. Clearly the discussion was over. No later than 5 minutes after I left was my badge rejected. I felt so belittled I did even want to go back. I will be using a different store from now on.

Luis went above and beyond my reason for my visit. He not only provided top-tier customer service but spent enough time with me, so I fully understood what I was signing up for and explained my other options thoroughly. He wasn't pushy in the least, very professional, and a pleasure to deal with!

The best thing about the Rogers, Mn location is Luis B. He was very knowledgeable and helpful to me in making a decision on a new device. He helped me transfer my information from my dying phone to a new phone and was very patient explaining my new phone’s features. I will continue to drive past two other AT&T stores just to see Luis! This location is very fortunate to have such a caring and knowledgeable employee. Marg

I had the Ahi tuna at Woolley's and the baby sprigs were so wilted and old, it made me question the raw fish I was eating. A bit scary and can't believe the chef would even send this out.The waiter Tran was fantastic.

Switched from T-mobile to AT&T so I could upgrade to the new iPhone. The guy a worked with processed it in a way that gave me a 90 day upgrade lock that I can’t get removed. Go to any other AT&T store.

Your salesman Kevin was awesome. Fast and efficient and helped with answering all questions I had. His manager was also very helpful too. I appreciate it and will continue to come back along with recommending friends and families to that specific location. You guys are awesome.

I would like to give a big shout out to Luis at the Rogers, AT&T store! This young man is an outstanding employee! I was in this store a day ago where he was the only employee on the floor. He had many customers waiting while he was tending to an individual. What I found amazing was that he would spend time with each table throughout their visit there.And as people came in the door, he would stop what he was doing and go and greet them, and explain the situation that he was dealing with being the only employee there to help them. At that point people decided if they wanted to stay or to leave. The fact that he would address each new customer when they came in was fabulous in every way. Never once did any customer feel like they were not noticed or not valued.I would highly recommend this location and should you go I hope you all get to experience this fine young man!He was a grand example of great customer service!!
