Had a confirmed reservation for over a month, got 2 confirmations calls before, multiple emails as well and then called the day before we were supposed to get the truck telling us they had given the vehicle away and wouldn't be providing service. They then refused to try to get us a replacement despite already paying, now I have to fight for my money back from the bank and then. Worst rental company existing and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy

I was told by 2 separate Avis Customer Service Reps that I had to drop off the car during office hours.
As a result I didn't have a ride home and had to pay $60 for a Lyft.
I got out of the car and BAM right there was a drop box for keys.
The rep inside was chill and attentive. No complaints there.
The office was oddly full of plants in various states of death and decay.
4/5 stars. It was the least stressful part about renting from Avis.

Aaron went above and beyond to accommodate me picking up my rental despite my own challenges to be there at my scheduled time. He stayed late after their closing time to make sure I could get my car and was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the whole rental process.

Watch for bait and switch pricing. We looked up a rental online and then stopped in to book because we had some questions. We were given a quote at that time, and then when we returned the car, the price was about $260 more than our quote. When we called about it we found they had charged us per mile for the mileage over 125 miles!

Please be careful when renting a vehicle from here, do not use a debit card and be prepared to wait.Also be careful with the gas in vehicle!!!! Guy checked off saying car was 3/4 full which is correct. Brought car back almost full. They ended up putting 2 gallons in to fill up and charged my card 20 something dollars cause they charge 10 dollars a gallon for gas. Called 2 1/2 weeks ago and still waiting for my refund !
