My nephew bought a vehicle here and he test drove four different ones and having the car facts available to see where the vehicle came from was a big deal.My Neigbor also bought from here.Good clean vehicles and it sound like good people that did not push him into buying any one vehicle.

Overall my van is in pretty good mechanical shape. But they failed to post, tell me or send photos of additional body damage to the van. Plus numerous little plastic pieces missing inside the van. As my pictures show everydoor is missing paint and is starting to rust. Spent an additional $1500 on top of what I already new I was going to spend fixing the body damage.

I bought two vehicles at Bedrock Motors the other week. The first one was a 2002 Ford Thunderbird sports car and the other vehicle was a Lincoln Continental Town Car designer. We got an excellent deal on both of the vehicles and we are extremely pleased with them very much. The service was very great from both the salesman and the manager and we recommend Bedrock Motors very highly for anyone wishing to get a used vehicle of any kind or type.

Bought a car. Had issues within one week. Sales team wouldn’t offer any loaner or reimbursement for an Uber. Wasted 6 hours of time and $100 on gas and Ubers. Owner didn’t offer anything either. So the 2nd car I was going to buy from them won’t happen. Terrible common sense to take care of a customer.

quite possibly one of the worst dealerships in the metro, their sales associates don't really care if they make a sale or not, they don't introduce themselves, and they talk to you like you don't know what you're talking about. Their service department is also horrible as they will charge you the same price even if they didn't fix the problem, don't waste your time going here for anything.

I will never buy another vehicle from this place again and will strongly urge others to avoid this place as well! I Bought a vehicle from this place and couldn't even get it home before the check engine light came on (multiple codes) and have been chasing codes ever since, explains why it was an as is sale. Nothing like clearing the computer and hoping you can sell a vehicle before the light comes back on... what a disgrace!

Bought my car June 30th 2023 and my check engine light came on two weeks later after they had assured me they did a full inspection. The general manager refused to call me back after leaving multiple voice mails and calling over six times. Now I’m left with a $700 fix after just getting the car.

I wouldn’t sell/trade your vehicle here. I have a brand new 2023 car they are selling new for 30-34k and used between 28-30k. Most places say the value on my car should be AT LEAST 25k. I had one dealer offer 27k and bedrock offered me 20k.I also noticed they are normally one of highest prices. If you search for a specific vehicle the ones at bedrock always seem to be priced higher than very similar vehicles elsewhere.After inquiring about a car and them telling me they would give me 20k for a car worth almost 30 I did not respond. About a week later I got an email asking if I was still interested in buying a car with them. I replied and asked if they still valued my car at 20k, never heard back.All around I would not recommend.

DO NOT TRUST BEDROCK, they are NOT HONEST OR TRUSTWORTHY.I Purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty on 3/20/23 with 67,742 for $10,000. They advertised the vehicle with a clear Carfax and passed inspection. ON PURCHASE DAY DRIVING HOME ONLY 35 miles @ 67,777 miles the CHECK ENGINE light comes on. Bedrock serviced vehicle on 3/22/23, after only having it back one day the CHECK ENGINE light came back on again. Bedrock has taken and serviced the vehicle 3 more separate times between 3/22 and 4/18, again never successfully fixing the problem resulting in check engine light re-appearing with in one or two days of getting it back. Last time they serviced vehicle was 4/18/23, after having it 2 weeks Bedrocks service team claims they don’t know the exact problem and will NOT be fixing it.Bedrock is refusing to let me RETURN IT as result I Decided to Pick the vehicle up on 5/3/23 to get a second opinion from my mechanic.My mechanic of 15 years strongly believes Bedrock new there was a problem from the very beginning as there’s ANTIFREEZE LEAKING INTO THE CYLINDER HEAD and needs a HEAD GASKET. THE COST IS OVER $2,500. Why should I have to cover cost when the Vehicle has never run correctly since purchase day driving it off the lot 3/20/23. The GM MANAGER IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND WILL HANG UP ON YOU, they offered me to exchange the vehicle however after test driving 2 other vehicles they’ve proven to only sell junk and I do not trust them to sell me a reliable vehicle. Currently the JEEP sits in my driveway UN-DRIVABLE. Don’t make the same mistake I did and DO NOT TRUST BEDROCK.

I brought my car in to have a repair estimate and they broke my cup holder. I called and they said they would call me back and never did. I also bought the car from them and it was still under warranty when I brought in because there was clunking up front they told me nothing was wrong with it. I brought it to another place yesterday because it was getting worse. They told me the tie rod bushing is bad and of course my warranty has expired. 650.00 is what it will cost to fix.

Do NOT buy a car from them. My boyfriend and I went here about a month ago and bought a car. There has been nothing but problems since. First of all we couldn't lock it for the first month of using it because they had never fixed the locks before purchase and they were waiting on the parts, I should've took it as a sign. The next thing is that the check engine and a whole bunch of other lights came on and and the car was literally not drivable, they towed it there for us, which was nice. But it took them a few days to look at the car, when in reality it should've been at the top of their list because we had just bought it and were already having major issues. We had bought coil packs and spark plugs knowing that was the issue and they lazily only installed one of each, when we had them all there. After that it drove home just fine, next morning check engine light is back on and there's more issues. They don't offer a warranty and stupidly I didn't read that part or wasn't told, so basically there is nothing they will do for us. The guy on the phone said "we don't have a blank checkbook to be writing out for people", okay I get that but you sold us a car for $12k that isn't reliable and already not drivable again, it really isn't fair. The communication between them and I was horrible, I had to keep calling and reminding them I exist and am having problems. I am so done with this company and how I was treated as a young female throughout this entire process. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!!Update: Our car crapped out after a year of having it and was problem after problem during that year. Had to transfer 7k to a new car loan because the loan wasn’t paid off. Our payments are now outrageous. DON’T BUY A CAR HERE!
