Best service ever! Much better then the airport rentals! Super fast and friendly! Also Cee even goes out of her way to inspect the car rental right there with you in case you have any questions or concerns. She's super knowledgeable and answers all my questions I had. Definitely will rent from here again! Thank you so much for putting my mind at ease and for saving me tons of money!! Lastly, I would like to thank Aaron for his awesome costumer services as well. Truly a great place to rent a car from.

We reserved a cargo van two months before our son's move from Mpls to Chicago. I actually went to the Hiawatha location at the time to look at a van, the two men that worked there were very nice. I called two days before the rental date to confirm everything was in order, I was told that it was. The next morning I got a call saying the van was no longer available and I would have to call the inventory manager to try to find another vehicle. There was no cargo van or small truck available in Minnesota, they had a 16' truck in Burnsville for an upcharge. We cancelled the reservation. There is a lot more to this story, but the point is....if you are moving, you cannot rely on getting a van or truck from Budget for your move and we found out the day before our trip to Chicago. I would not recommend using Budget Truck rental unless you thrive on scrambling the day before your move to find alternative transportation.

I’ve always had good experiences with this location. I rent cars from them every month and they take good care of me. @Doug there is no Isaac working there. I come here every month and the owners are very polite and courteous and have always taken care of my issues. Lol you drive “hundreds of miles” You didn’t think to pretrip inspect the car to take notice of a bulge. I probably wouldn’t of done anything for you either because you probably caused the bulge. How do you drive a car hundreds of miles and not notice a bulge when you first takeoff? I’m a truck driver we pre-trip our vehicles every day if you’re driving a car and you don’t pre-trip it it’s your fault.

Don't rent a car from these people, we rented a car and drove hundreds of miles then realized that there was a bulge in the front right tire they did nothing to help us tried to charge me don't go to them. A little update I contacted Isaac from the Rogers location and he's straight told me they were going to take care of it and I talked to customer service and it was a bold-faced lie. So I called him to confront him and he turned the phone off. These guys are a bunch of scam artists beware

One of the worst car rental locations I’ve been to. I arrived within a half hour of my pickup time to get my rental. There was no one around- no one in the office, no one in the garage. After probably 10 minutes of waiting, he pulled into the lot. I had a few questions regarding my rental, including whether or not I could possibly cancel at the last minute (winter + road closures changed my travel plans) and he had no clue. I asked him about their policies listed online and he just told me to call customer service. I would expect someone running this business to understand the basics of how their company works. When I went to return my rental on Monday morning around 7:50, no one was in the building and the door was locked. After waiting a while, a woman finally arrived to let me and several other customers in. Super poor customer service.

This place is either NOT run well or the staff needs some additional training. I had a confirmed reservation that was not fulfilled, but they found me a truck and gave me 25 "comp" miles. Two days later when I went to return the truck after moving all weekend it would start. Since the truck was dead and roadside assistance was going to be called I called Rogers to inform them that I was not going to be able to make my 10am return time. I was told that due to the issue with the truck no starting they would check me in at 10 so I would not be looking at a non return charge or late charge. Less than 4 hours later I got emailed about NOT returning the truck and trailer after dropping it off at 1:10, after hours but not worrying as my truck was going to be checked in after calling. Awful experience here, but the Endurnace Auto rental store was REALLY enjoyable to work with.

We had a great experience at this Budget location. The check in was smooth and easy. Customer service fantastic by Cee (spelling?). Price was excellent for a Camry at only $42 per day unlimited mileage. Car was very clean. Key drop night before was very convenient and saved me so much time. This is a great location to rent a car.

You need to improve on customer service and you guys are terrible on your mechanics towing is blah in the truck broke down on the road which was terrible experience would not recommend for my dog to drive in

Returned car today. 01/02/22. To the key drop box. No one stated at time of rental had to do in business hours. Ask two call center reps , one a supervisor, to email location or call owner to let them know keys are there in the box at the main door. and car was in lot, for return at 7am 01/03/2022. They informed me, no drop box. No email. No phone msg. Well keys in a drop box, and car in lot and their contact center won't help. If this was not an option why is it not told to customer at time of rental and why is a key drop box at front door? This is the rogers location in minnesota.12986 Main St, Rogers, MN 55374.plate 403643251. MVA 95590305.I expect a call back on the resolution to this issue.

I went there because my buddy rented a car not myself so I don't know if the customer service is good but he said that the lady could have been a little bit nicer but overall it was cool

First off our car res was for 7am, no one was there till 7:05am. 2nd the customer service said we didn't prepay even thou there was a hold on our card. Also beware there is no fine print of being charged a deposit upfront. Horrible service.
