We called due to an unforeseen circumstance when we left for our vacation. It was close to closing time (10 minutes before closing) and we were denied service due to pharmacist saying “I’m closing soon”! Aren’t you supposed to be there and help your customers??? It’s not like this issue has happened to us before. Cheri, thanks for nothing. I was in the medical field for 30 years and know by personal experience that this could have been handled by sending an RX by computer to a nearby pharmacy in our vacation vicinity. Maybe 10 extra minutes? I would never deny a patient care services even if it took a little extra time. Whatever happened to the customer/patient comes first? So disappointing, so rude and unprofessional.

Loren is a fabulous pharmacist and the only reason I am giving this place a 2 star review, if he could work every day, I would give it 5 stars!! Cheri, on the other hand, is so rude. I don’t know why you would work in retail pharmacy if you have no customer service skills! She acts like the customers are a bother and inconvenience to her, she makes you feel belittled and unwelcome. I literally switched pharmacies, so I don't have to deal with her anymore!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with this pharmacy in the 16 months that I have lived in Rogers. The pharmacy staff is always pleasant and more than willing to answer my questions in person and on the phone I have never had any issues.

Good store but you NEED to get expired product off your shelves! Had to dig thru a bunch of mission tortillas to find one not expired. There’s been other products from time to time also. Thank you.

If you ask a question to the Women that works here she will not be happy so keep it short and sweet. I felt that she was very rude and seemed like I as a customer was just a bother to her. The only reason this place gets two stars is that there is a another pharmacist that works here that likes to help. He was very friendly and she is not. If you don't like your job you should quit!!!
