I bought a new device at the store and it worked for a day or 2. Then it stopped working. I came in and they put in a new pod. And it still did not work and I did not get an exchange or refund so I'm not happy.

The place is all updated and new inside. Twice and big with great lighting and a big humidor. The glass ware is beautiful and the variety is great. Hookas, Vapes, natural tobacco, and more. The prices are competitive but the service is the best. The staff are very helpful and personable.

DO NOT FALL FOR THE “DEALS”!! got 5 escobars for $20 and they all tast burnt and absolutely disgusting. i assume they try to get rid of their old, expired vapes by selling them at a huge discount, but not be fooled; you will regret it and likely throw them in the trash.

Customer service there is mediocre at best but the biggest issue is that most of their disposable ecigs taste burnt. I’ve tried to give this place a chance quite a few times as I live in the area but I’ve not had luck with their disposable ecigs. I’ve tried multiple brands with the same result. Tastes good the first hit and then burnt after that. Definitely would not recommend their disposables but can’t speak to any of their other products.
