Happy to have a local collision shop that can handle luxury vehicles! Fantastic work by John and team.
Paint and panel replacement was a perfect color match and fitment. Mechanically the car drives like new!
Their attention to detail was phenomenal, and I appreciated the extra care they put into detailing before pickup.
The weekly update calls were also a nice touch.
Great team, highly recommend! 😁

Very efficient and professional shop. Highly recommend! I hit a raccoon and it tore my front bumper and under panel, and they helped me get it repaired with ease through the whole process.

Not sure I believe the 5 star services I see here. They have to be fake, with no pictures or proof of anything! This shop is to be stayed away from! Unless you want a terrible experience & a horrible job done. The staff is extremely rude. Only nice person was the new lady taking phone calls. They give you false information, quality check was awful. Clearly did not even bother looking at anything before giving it back. Correct me if I’m wrong but reflections should be clear after the paint job. State Farm adjuster refused to have them fix the paint job. Even though reflections say otherwise. Had to return my vehicle for them to fix the handful of things they had wrong because they clearly never looked the vehicle over before giving it back. We got the car back in a worse condition in other areas that were never a problem. Had shards of glass still on my dash board, when I mentioned it to the GM he didn’t say a word about it. Scratches visible, gaps are off, they put on damaged rims that were worse than the ones we had after the accident. Plastic falling off the side door and dangling on the inside as you open the car. Screws not in place where they should be. Sun visor falling down when I tried to block the sun while driving and it became a hazard. Had to pull to the side of the road to unclip it. They made this such a stressful time, had to find time off work to take it back so they can fix their mistakes and even then I once again noticed they didn’t even fix one of the things that they wrote down on their list. Had to take it back into the shop and actually glue the plastic piece back on that sits on the door and this time actually put tape on it so it gets done properly. If you’re looking somewhere to take your car I would highly recommend you stay away from this place and look elsewhere! These are only some of the pictures. This job took them 2 months and they couldn’t get it right.

My elderly father brought his truck here for repair and the service he experienced was so awful he asked me to write a review. The receptionist was more concerned with flirting with employees than her job. She was not knowledgeable at all and unfortunately her superiors seem to be a group of drug addicts who sit outside smoking weed. Do yourself a favor and go find another shop. This place is a joke!

Soild job my car looks like new there turn around time is quick they told me it take 2 weeks had my car back in a week kept me informed every step of the way only issue is I here something bounce around on the inside driver side of my fender and there’s still a dash light on for the headlight they replaced minor things but stuff I expected them to fix for what it cost meService: Body & Trim

The guys at Excalibur did a very thorough and professional job on my RV 5th wheel. I had odyssey with product not being delivered from the dealer and they bent backwards to accommodate me. I would definitely recommend them and would go there again if a crisis arises.
