My few packages were left on the driveway in the snow. The delivery ppl are too lazy to take 3 steps to the main door and leave it there. Horrible delivery service.

Driver hit my mailbox backing out. Destroyed it, tried to call for a claim, getting the run around, we have it on video. So I guess they prefer I file a hit and run report with police instead.

worst company ever. i’ve never been a fan of fedex… a few years back i had gotten a mirror and it was being delivered through fedex. they kept ‘attempting’ to deliver the package and ended up dropping it off at my local post office. i just recently got a bedframe and same thing except they didn’t bring it to the post office. i left a sign on the front door saying to leave it there and that we ARE home. our doorbell just doesn’t work. now we’re waiting on a snowblower and it’s the exact same thing. it was supposed to be delivered between the 5th-9th… it’s currently the 14th and they have been holding it at the warehouse with no updates. after them ‘attempting’ to deliver it yesterday. i just put another sign on the door so hopefully they’ll leave it this time. their ‘attempt’ to deliver is literally just driving past your house. they don’t even get out of the truck and do their job. ridiculous place… they should go outa business!!!

Fedex is unable to deliver packages. 3-4 days delayed. Do not use fedex.

Terrible Service, Terrible Communication, Terrible estimated arrival date. This company is a total disaster. My wife is waiting on shipping info for a package that should have arrived a week prior. I will now actively avoid doing any business w a company that uses FedEx to ship. Hopefully they get boycotted and go out of business, they are completely worthless.

My package has been saying it was being delivered every day since Saturday and then Monday it’s been out for delivery and returned back to the facility in Roger’s. Today it was out for delivery and then was returned to the facility and when I called it’s “it’s because your package needs an inspection” it’s a couch… why does it need an inspection?!

My package was supposed to arrive to my house Saturday the 5th and I have had no updates since. Every time I contact customer service they hang up or say to contact the shipper, but the shipper can’t do anything since you guys have it at your warehouse. Can someone PLEASE contact me so I can drive to your warehouse myself and pickup my expensive package?! This is so annoying

Failed to deliver my packages for 3 days. Customer service extremely unhelpful. I will never order anything knowing it will be shipped via FedEx.

This company has become an absolute joke. A package worth over $1000 sitting in their warehouse for three days…and it’s literally 10 miles from my house. Called three times and consistently got “customer service agents” who barely spoke English. Condescending, inept, and always late. This company is an empty shell of its former self. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

This facility is a joke! They lie to you saying where your package is, they do not delivery, day after day, then in an attempt to look good they say we tried the business was closed. I am at a private residence, I am never closed. In addition my security cams show that there was not an attempted delivery! Just another lie. I drive down to the location and ask to pickup my package, I am told that it is on a trailer and they will not get it for me. Okay, another lie, FedEx does not use a trailer to deliver to a residence, they use a truck, I asked them to go on the truck and get it, they said they put it into a trailer and they dont have anyone that can. LIE after LIE after LIE, All I am trying to do is get my package, that they were paid to deliver! Mic drop, OUT

Honestly, seeing all the reviews of this location is why I now understand what they had done with my package. They had attempted a delivery to an address that wasn't even my own! How do you do that! IT LITERALLY HAS AN ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE! I'm hoping this package gets to the place I redirected to or else they're getting a mouth-full.

Do delivery drivers not think people have doorbell cameras?😂 This person must’ve been too tuckered out from driving around all day that they couldn’t be bothered to walk another 10 steps to set the package down. I don’t care if it’s a soft package, do better. Who knows what else this person is throwing onto porches because they want a low step count for the day.
Checked the tracking and my package was loaded onto a truck that came from the Roger’s location.

I run into issues literally every time this place delivers anything to me. Every time I order something online and it ships via fedex, I know immediately it's going to be delivered by this place and there are going to be problems.
It's consistently bad to the point that I will actively shop somewhere else if they deliver via fedex ground, and I have told companies I purchase from that they should switch to UPS or USPS, because both are significantly better.
Right now, I'm waiting on a winter jacket to be delivered. The website I ordered it from didn't tell me it was shipping through fedex until the order completed, otherwise I'd have shopped elsewhere. The delivery has already been delayed 3 days, and is supposed to be delivered today, but the tracker never updated that it left the warehouse, so I'm guessing it wont be delivered today either. I'd bet money that it'll get delivered at the least convenient time possible, and probably stolen. That seems to be a running theme with these guys.

worst experience ever driver « korr » it attempt to deliver my package when I wasn’t home. I was literally in my sofa. I clear up my day just for that. I can see the road from my window I saw him coming turn 1 minute to check something and their say they try to deliver but I wasn’t home ? How ?
