PS Nails was an amazing experience! Everyone there was very friendly and made sure all their guest were happy and treated with respect. The service I got was very good and they did a great job on my nails!

Upon arriving they were very kind and attentive! | was able to get both a pedicure and manicure. The price and the environment are amazing, the staff are so friendly! And don't get me started on their chair- great technology! Will be coming back!

If your none white and 1st time visiting, and like to spend $200+ to pamper yourself. Better off taking the extra 10-20mins and drive to Maple Grove or Minneapolis! So sad to say Asian nail shops north of the cities treat people of color pretty bad.

I made an appointment with Hillary to get a design done on my nails. First problem - I got there and they did not have Hillary do my nails. I showed the inspo picture and then the woman doing my nails proceeded to cut my nails super short. I had told her I wanted to work with the length I had. She then brought out the acrylics and I stopped her. I never said I wanted acrylics and she never asked. I told her I did not want acrylics and that I did not want the design anymore either. We could just do a solid color since my nails were super short after she cut them. When it came time to paint she insisted on doing the design free of charge. I wish I would have stuck with the solid color because the design looked nothing like the photo I showed. I will say, they gave me a very generous discount for the mixup which was appreciate but now I am stuck with some really bad gel nails that I need to go find a new place to remove them for me.
If you want a design make sure you work with Hillary as she seems to be the only one there who can do designs.

Don't go here, unless you like rude people and your nails looking like a 3 year old painted them. Waste of money and time sadly

The service was wonderful and my nails look wonderful! They just got new pedicure chairs that are amazing! The staff are friendly and very good at their job! I am definitely going back!
