The ENTIRE place smells like a bathroom and has for months. Used to come to this one all the time, but will be going further from my house to avoid walking into a porta potty that sells sandwiches.

Exceptional customer service. Very rare to see such friendly and happy employees. Have experienced this each time I've visited.Vegetarian options: There are a couple vegetarian options.

Very frustrating. Called in an order 15 minutes prior to arriving and it was not busy at all. 4 people in line all got their orders before mine was even made. Very frustrating when they have all 3 employees making walk in orders before call in orders.

I took the time to order the exact sub I wanted. Fair to say, I have had experience here and knew I should customize it. Olive oil and all that vinegar can keep away! But when you put your order in online, you really can't change it. You said asap, which they said was 15-25 minutes right?? Nope. Order confirmation said 55 minutes. I show up 5 minutes early, quiet restaurant, and no rush. Oh, then they said they could START my sandwich. Needless to say, lunch was over by the time I got back, which was already time I had to negotiate to even get it. Then, working, the thing sat out for how many hours...I threw it away, like jersey mikes threw me away, like I am returning the favor now. I won't visit this chain again for ages.

Called in order 30mn before pick up. Sat there 10 mn as 10 suds were made and out the door before my last sub was made. I had 3 suds 1 was a hot sub that was done. It would have been faster to just get in line and order.

I've had enough of this store. Any time we order online they screw something up. The most recent the order apparently didn't kick out of the "system". When my wife asked about it she was met with a rather rude young man who didn't believe she ordered it from the correct store. When they finally got the order out of their system, without any apology, a #13 "plain" spit out as "everything Mike's Way". Didn't realize it until we got home. When we called the store and talked to the manager we were basically again called a liar and that "we" must have entered the order wrong. I remember when customer service meant something. Not sure I'll every go back and I'm going to make certain my neighbors all know about their terrible customer service as well.

Broke everything down early, employees were not ready to make food 30 minutes from close. I recommend keeping everything ready to go until you lock your doors, I promise it goes quicker to stay ready then it is to break down early and struggle your way through orders.

There are 2 people working, both are working efficiently and everyone who walks in is greeted by them. Right when I walked in he asked if I had a door dash, and I said yea. He told me he was finishing it up so I knew I was a priority. With 2 people working they still got my order done by the pick up time.
