He made sure to get me through the hiccups of changing my service from Xfinity, who has made every request and interaction impossible. He guided me through the whole process and ensured I felt completely and understood every facet. His coworker, Cody, contributed information and advice, which showed that he was also focused on my needs and the support he exhibited to his coworker, Matt. “worst service. i took four new phones in november.they are cheaters they did everything wrong on promotion trade-in credit.my monthly bill should be 300 and they did so many things wrong and my monthly bill coming at 500 plus dollars. never go to third party verizon store. thewy made my experince with verizon nightmare...

Today i went to the store and Hunter helped me patiently and provided all info to Verizon and waiting for them to give the correct promo credit. No matter what store did every thing to help me to correct the promo credit amount . I highly appreciate hunter efforts in helping me resolve my billing/promo credit issue”
