I came in as Charlie was about to leave for the day. Another employee was asked to help, but she didn’t seem to want to change what she was doing and was quite rude when she was asked by the other employee to help me. Charlie was very calm, patient and professional. We were trying to update a delivery address, but tracking wasn’t at the point to allow it. Charlie made a call to another UPS site, checked on the tracking again and remained focused on trying to get the address updated. After 15 min, it was concluded that I’ll need to check online when tracking is advanced a little further. I can do that. Charlie was friendly and professional the entire time. Thank you for your high level of customer service.
So now I’m back and changing my rating for the store. I do not have an email associated with this shipment. I was told that the address cannot be updated. The employees wouldn’t even try. They were told by the manager that they can’t make the update to add the apt# to the shipment. Now I’m keeping my fingers crossed that it makes it. I’m very disappointed.

Not sure why my packages keep saying attempted delivery but unsuccessful or I had requested a change in my delivery? and I would have to pick it up every time at the store? At this point, I'm just fed up with their customer service since they weren't very helpful plus the given delivery time and date. I literally live like less than a mile away and I don't even live in a gated community, so I'm not quite sure what kind of access issue they are having that they can't even deliver my package directly to my door as I have requested from my initial order and shipping option selection. Make it make sense, please. I don't want to hear no other excuses, UPS just seems to go downhill yearly as each year passes by.

Jacob made my custom printing experience so easy and I felt he cared for my project as much as I did! He went above and beyond helping consult on the formatting, cost, and even printing on card stock I provided. Jacob went through extra lengths to ensure I got back the extra paper and the job was printed perfectly! I love how it turned out and I’m so thankful for him creating such a great experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The UPS Store in Rogers is busy and can feel a little chaotic at times, but the staff and owner are true hard workers. While I was there trying to print and fax something, they managed to help at least 24 customers in just 20 minutes and still kept things moving. Impressive teamwork and dedication to getting everyone taken care of!

Any other UPS store can print a PDF file on a sheet of paper regardless of what is on there. But not this location, it charges you extra if it’s a shipping label even though it’s in the middle of the page and not asking to print on a label sticker. Greedy owner’s policy I guess. Stir clear.

Jacob was so friendly! Best experience we have ever had at a UPS Store. He explained what all the charges were before doing anything. Great customer service by him!

Xante, Jacob, Richard all provided exceptional customer service! I waked into the store a minute after close and they happily helped me! They went above and beyond and were extremely friendly! I would recommend this Roger’s location to everyone!

I went in the other day to do amazon returns and listened to an employee (who claimed to be store manager?) tell another employee to just accept her cat dying. I didnt hear the full conversation but the young lady was visibly upset and told the woman to stop talking. Me and the other customers were very uncomfortable, who would'nt be!? That was so indecent. That woman was very much grown enough to know better than to say something as awful as that. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed to have her hired as any sort of employee let alone a manager. The young girl seemed distraught but did a great job at continuing to help customers even though she seemed close to tears, i felt so bad for her, nobody should have to put up with that sort of bullying. It wasnt my first time doing returns here and hearing that same woman be rude to workers or customers but the behavior I witnessed on Tuesday truly was disgusting it hasnt left my mind since, I had to speak out. Personally I wont be back here until that woman is gone. The boys working seemed uncomfortable and one even left quickly. I feel bad for any employee working under that manager and hope that poor girl's cat is okay. Sad to see someone so grown act like a teenager. Grow up!

Horrible customer service. This person hit my leg with a cart and just left. The lady who was working my items was loud and obnoxious. I never had an issue until now.

I walked in and saw the long line, so i figured i was in for quite the wait. The staff were on top of things. I was out of there in about 5 minutes. Kudos to the efficient and friendly staff!

Nearly a year ago, we took a guitar to the Roger’s store, to be packaged and shipped to Tennessee, where it would be donated to a fundraiser for a group of Vietnam veterans . We paid just under two hundred dollars for the packaging, shipping, and one thousand dollars to insure the item. The giutar never arrived at destination. There followed months and months of delays in learning the whereabouts of the item ….. always they were looking into it….. then a document they wanted us to sign, (which ultimately merely let THEM off the hook) came to us. We even wrote a letter to UPS Corporate, to no avail. Finally, at about the ONE YEAR mark, we got a phone number to call, and were told too many months had passed after our original filing of the claim, for us to have any satisfaction . So we have no guitar, and have been screwed out of all we paid.
Never, EVER will we use UPS to ship any of our packages. They don’t give a BIT.
