This place is an absolute joke. My complete loss of faith in humanity stems from this location. The complete spider web of customer service and office phone numbers, emails and links are a complete joke. I now realize there's nothing I can do because the usps is somehow untouchable. I've made numerous efforts to have my voice heard and issues rectified. I'm being discriminated against, lied too repeatedly, my packages have been damaged, important letters returned to sender, ignored, refused service, false holds on my mail, intentional delays on time sensitive packages to name a few. They are all as bad as each other. The manager and her cohorts should be sued and lose their pension. Don't express any dismay to them as they will make your life a mess and enjoy every minute of it. Not sure how you sleep at night J

Just moved to Rogers and the incompetence of the Rogers USPS is astounding. My mail was “on hold because we didn’t have the keys to our mailbox. After I got the keys, 2 separate USPS workers told me that my mail is no longer “on hold” and would be delivered. Days go by and we still don’t have any mail. We had very important mail that we needed (bills, birthday cards) and had no way to get it. I personally went to the post office FOUR times to ask for my missing mail and they always told me that they didn’t have it.
I finally got ahold of the manger and it turns out my mail was at the post office the entire time. So ALL FOUR times I went to ask for it, it was there. Multiple incompetent workers. This places needs some serious help.
Hopefully I’ll finally get my mail today but I’m not optimistic.

I don't know his name but I live in town and our road was closed and our carrier hand delivered our mail. Not all heroes wear capes :)

Terrible post office. At 3 pm 1.5 hours before close and tge manager not at work and all employees don't know where she is. Third time package not delivered, but notification from USPS we received, what package was delivered.Walk around the blok neighborhood, but nobody was received anything. Workers from this post office city of Roger's not able to read adress and name of recipients. This office has to be close and all workers be fired without right to work in any goverment institution!

We had an Amazon package that had said “delivered” and it was no where to be found, I called the Rogers location & told them what had happened and they quickly resolved the issue. Our awesome mail lady walked up to our door today with the missing package and apologized for the delay. We appreciate all of their hard work during the holiday season. These employees don’t get enough credit for all of their deliveries all year round and especially during the busy holiday seasons. Thank you so much for all that you do!

I needed a 1 inch piece of tape to send my package and I was told I had to purchase tape.......I'm not paying $4 for a roll of tape.....I could see if it were a 2 foot piece of tape but 1 inch to tape a small tab on my package come on.....

Dan is the most friendly and accommodating Postal Assistant we've every worked with. This is also the best Post Office we've worked with in the last 23 years. Please thank Dan and the staff at this Post Office for being a step above others.
