I would give them negative stars if I could. They put the wrong cabin filter in my car. I heard a strange noise in my car when I turned on heat/air and so I brought it to my auto body shop. Not a mechanic myself, I had no idea what could have been the cause. Apparently since it was the wrong filter, leaves got in and the noise was them rattling around. My shop fixed it and told me what had happened when I picked up the car. I brought the wrong filter with the $112 bill back to shop and asked to be reimbursed. They only have me the $54 for the filter. Apparently I am to eat the additional cost of their expensive since I didn't bring it to them with the concern first!?!

Went at 10am on a Saturday. 3 cars for 3 bays. Told it would be 15 minutes. Well they got us with that line over 6 times. 2 hours later we finally pulled away. Were told they couldn’t provide a refund and I needed to call corporate. If they would have told us it was going to be 2 hours we would have left. Save your time and go somewhere else. Absolute joke in my opinion.

Not sure what happened to this place, but the quality of service is terrible. The last two times I've brought my truck in for an oil change, the guys working there seemed more interested in checking their Snapchat than actually doing their jobs. Valvoline's multi-point inspection was completely skipped. Tire pressures weren't checked, the air filter housing was never opened, so no idea if a new air filter was needed, and no additional services were offered (like changing the transfer case fluid, replacing windshield wipers, or any other scheduled maintenance services that Valvoline has always recommended). There doesn't seem to be a manager, and the employees appeared uninterested in performing even the most basic tasks. They couldn't even wipe off the oily finger prints on the hood after closing it. Very disappointed in the service and staff at this location. Needless to say, I won't be bringing any of my vehicles to Roger's Valvoline and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to either.

Absolutely insane. Waiting over 2 hours for a single oil change. Got moved around the line just to sit longer. Told 15 to 20 mins cars getting there after us got in first. Don't waste your time here. Go to a shop atleast they can give you better wait times.

Jake and Jeff completely saved my daughter's car from being totalled. She got an oil cange at a different location and they neglected to install the oil filter corrrectly resulting in an oil spill in the garage and leaving a trail when driving. Not only did they do a completely new oil change for free, but they also cleaned the spilled oil from the engine. They even came full circle saying they would reach out to the other location to address this with that manager and offered to send someone to clean up the spillage from her drivewayThey were extremely professional, courteous, and thorough!

Terrible experience. They broke stuff from my car multiple times. They also need to train their employees on how to correctly put in an air filter. They’ve costed us over $1,000 in damages due to an air filter being put in incorrectly!!! They wouldn’t do anything about it when the dealership had a video proving their wrong doing!!!! Horrible customer service and horrible management!!!!!! Never will I step foot into this place again!

This is a long story but I feel that I have to express it.Please be very careful when taking your vehicle to this facility.Late July, I took my vehicle into Valvoline to get an oil change. The employee mistook some parts on my vehicle, thinking it was the oil filter. My oil filter is on top of my engine, not underneath. Certain parts of my vehicle were damaged and were unable to be immediately repaired. I had to leave my vehicle in the Valvoline shop, and get a ride back home.Valvoline took my vehicle to a local repair shop, where it took approximately 10 days to fully repair, costing approximately $4,500 in parts and labor. Valvoline was happy to pay for the repairs, which is not the overall problem.During the 10 days without a vehicle, Valvoline has a policy where they provide a rental vehicle to customers when they break their engines. However, the contract is through Hertz, which was the only rental place to receive a car. The only Hertz that had an available car for me was down in Bloomington. I had to find a ride to drive an hour down to Bloomington to get a rental vehicle because Valvoline destroyed mine.I then had to use "my" credit card to pay for the rental vehicle "per Valvoline policy" in which they would back pay me afterwards.Fast forward 10 days to when my car is finally repaired. I get my car back from the shop, I hand in the rental car back at Hertz in Bloomington. I received the overall bill ($948.13 for 10 days), which I gave the invoice to Valvoline back in Rogers.Approximately a week later, I received a check in the mail from Valvoline for ($652.45) for the rental car. However, I paid almost $950 for the rental car. I called Valvoline headquarters in Kentucky and they said they couldn't do anything about it, because the area manager (Scott) denied $300 of the invoice due to be taking out extra insurance on the rental car. I requested another review of the incident, because I was not told anything about insurance, and I assumed I needed insurance to drive the vehicle. The Valvoline Policy does not specify anything about insurance on the rental vehicle. After the second review of attempting to have Valvoline pay the remaining $300, I spoke with another "acting area manager - Patrick", along with the store manager (Charles) regarding getting the insurance on the rental car paid for. I was denied a second time in getting reimbursed the $300, which I now have to pay for. Rental car companies require an actual "credit card" when renting a vehicle. The $948.13 for the rental vehicle was placed on a credit card. Credit cards have interest, which has been accumulating since this incident started over a month ago.I am having a hard enough time paying for my bills on time. I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change. Valvoline wrecked my vehicle, and yet I still have to pay $300 from the entire incident. Valvoline does not care about me, my family, or my vehicle. I would assume they don't care about you or your vehicle as well.As a disabled combat veteran who served in Afghanistan, I thought a loyal American owned company would be there for me. I assumed wrong. I really do have a loss for words when it comes to an organization not fully reimbursing their customer for wrecking their car. I struggle every day with simple tasks in life. I didn't need this issue added on.Please take this incident into consideration when going to get your oil change. If it happened to me, then it could happen to you as well. I am shocked and hurt that I had to actually pay $300 for Valvoline wrecking my car. It was supposed to be an oil change, but it turned into this mess.Thank you Valvoline. Thank you for putting your customers first....

I've been to the Rogers location twice, each was an extremely long wait. The second time I waited for over an hour. No one approached me until I pulled in. They proceeded to tell me they were out of the oil my vehicle took (synthetic 5W-20) and could not complete an oil change. Will not go to this location again.

I had a unique situation when I went to valvoline. My skid plate refused to come off for my oil change. The crew did everything they could but it wouldn’t budge. They were honest and polite about what was going on and apologized quite a bit for not being able to get it loose/off. They offered suggestions as to where to go next and what to do. I appreciate their honesty and their clear communication. This was my first round at valvoline, and even though they couldn’t do the oil change due to unforeseen circumstances I would still recommend going there. Thank you crew for doing all that you could!!
