“My sister held her wedding reception there and overall it was really nice. The food was great and the service was decent. One of the dining tables broke after dinner - broken glass everywhere. The had it all picked up in under 5 mins - impressive! Nice views of the winter golfscape”

“Hotel was a very good average hotel...if that makes sense lol. Clean, friendly staff, pool, gym, breakfast. Breakfast has ok. Pretty basic and not many options.
Like anything, could have just been our stay. May or may not be your experience. Nothing exceptional to be 5 star rated.”

Natalie was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process — responsive, organized, and always ready with great suggestions to make everything run smoothly. On the big day, the entire Crown Room staff went above and beyond. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and accommodating — even when we had a few last-minute guests show up! They handled everything efficiently and with such a calm, positive attitude that we never had to worry about a thing. The venue itself looked stunning — elegant, beautifully set up, and exactly what we had envisioned. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
