We had been taking our sweet boy, Burt to Dr. Melco for the 8 years that we had him & Dr. Melco always went ABOVE & BEYOND for Burt. He saved his life more than once, including a terrifying incident with kinetic sand! (He stayed open late to do life saving surgery!) He treated us & Burt with so much compassion, and especially at the end of his life…He listened, and tried to do as much as he could to make Burt comfortable those last few months. He came to our house when the time came to put Burt down & even called me the next day to see how we were doing & to tell me how wonderful of a dog Burt was. I will ALWAYS recommend Dr. Melco & Paws & Claws to anyone needing exceptional care for their animals.”

And it was very bad gas colic, they got me in right away and Margo and her team were very polite and straight forward for the next steps for his care! “We would like to say thank you to everyone for Radagast our Bengal. He came from extreme unsanitary conditions from a family member in September. Filled with bad teeth, claws, a heart murmur, labored breathing and eventually he stopped eating. Today he crossed the rainbow bridge with the support and help of Barrington, they were kind and understanding of all the tears rolling in. Though his time with my fiance and I was short lived, he still got to live a good 2 months with no stress inducing environments. Thank you for the cremation service and thank you for the rock we were allowed to put in your beloved memorial Garden. We are still crying and probably will for a long time.
We will always choose this vet for many reasons, we are also a neurodivergent couple who wanted nothing but the absolute best and full comfort for Radagast. In the end he wasn’t alone and he was with empathetic veterinary staff and his mama and papa. We can’t wait to see you again, Bubby. ?

“Love the new system. You schedule your appointment, show up on the day and time, and your pet is seen within a few minutes. Big contrast from the past when you lost most of your day lining up to get your pet seen, with the risk of not getting seen do to the high volume of people trying to get their pets in.”
