As soon as I walked into North Paws I could tell this clinic was different. From their cozy decor to the smiling faces at the front desk everyone was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Riggs was caring and very informative. Not only that she gave us the best tips and an after care summary that was extremely helpful and something no other vet had done. “Pet Nation has done a terrific job taking care of our GSP. They are kind, knowledgeable and passionate about animals. The vets call us personally to check up on our dog and make sure she was doing better anytime we came in with a problem. “I was so grateful we were able to get our bengal cat because someone else had canceled. She had been really sick for 3 days. She was so lethargic I thought she was dying. They were able to diagnose her bladder infection in a timely manner. Prices comparable to our normal vet.Previously in the week we had taken her to an emergency vet. “It’s been years since I have been here, but I came in recently with my chinchilla for a second opinion as her condition was worsening & Dr. Amanda was so kind, caring and helpful during our exam. The CVT and front desk staff were also so kind with us.My chinchilla was drooling, favoring one side while eating and overall looked worrisome, and she wasn’t responding to previous treatments from a different vet, and Dr. Amanda confirmed my worry of dental issues and contacted another vet for me, who she knows has more experience in chinchilla dentals for another exam and for us to make a treatment plan with this other vet depending on what this other vet finds (thank you for being so open and honest).While our third visit with this other specialist didn’t have a good outcome, I’m thankful we were referred to them.I can’t thank Dr. Amanda enough for her empathy, kindness and honesty.”

Banfield was kind, informative and helpful with resolving my fur baby’s problems. Aly was kind and helpful on getting us an appointment as quickly as possible. Megan was super kind and friendly with helping check in my nervous puppy. And Dr Huettl was able to help us fix the problem and gave some tips for future preventative care! Big contrast from the past when you lost most of your day lining up to get your pet seen, with the risk of not getting seen do to the high volume of people trying to get their pets in.”
