Hours on the door shows they open at 7:00am. I got there just before 7:30am and could see three people working inside. I went to open the door and it was locked. I watched the three people walk to the back. I went to the other door and it was locked also. Decided not to wait to get food there. Fully expected service to be terrible.

Be mindful when using mobile ordering. I've been double charged more than once

Food was cold, fries soggy. Had to give my order 3 times to get it right.$24 for 2 meals is way over priced.

Recently I've placed a few mobile orders and picked it up through the drive-thru; each time I've had great customer service. The gals are always friendly and quick. My food has been correct every time! And it's been speedy service. Very impressed!

Ordered dave's double and asked to make a fresh one because I've had sloppy ones before, and that just annoys me, but this one was one of the better ones I've had, the meat patties were a bit too salty but other than that, a good tasty burger.

Signed up for rewards. At counter first time order tried to earn reward for purchase.Was unable due to order taker and manager not able to let me know proper time in process when to scan code. Did before ordering, told by order taker to do after payment only after it not working to then be told by manager to do it after ordering but before payment so due to bad advice no reward earned. Would be nice to have someone actually know the proper procedure to earn rewards so could actually let the customer know.

This location is one of the better ones that I’ve been to compared to the others in the area services. Usually pretty decent. They can be kind of slow. They’re always a little short in conversation but overall can’t complain would recommend.

The guy at the counter must be new. Didn't know he had to dish up the chili. So I I had to wait a bit. Only 3 customers at the time. One at the drive up and after I ordered.

I came and got double charged for an item and the supervisor would not refund my money when I only wanted one, not two and refused to do anything about the issue.
