If i could rate zero stars i would. I recommend anyone needing repairs stay away from this shop. Brought my 1st generation 6.2l Ford Raptor in after hitting a deer. (Impact to grill and passenger headlight.) Kustom paint owner refused to repair the mechanical damage with the radiator. Tried telling me it was wear and tear that the radiator cracked and bent causing coolant and power steering cooler leak. I always keep my vehicles in perfect mechanical order and after protesting him not even submitting this to insurance and the insurance telling him if he submitted it they would approve the repair he refused to fix it and wouldnt anwser my phone calls and hung up on me when I did get in touch. So i was left with a broken truck that i pay full coverage on that doesnt drive. But at least they fixed the body damage and paint with spray paint right? I was a mechanic for 2 years professionally and do all my own repairs so i think i know when something is broken due to an accident. Even had video, photo evidence of vehicle in perfect order along with reciepts prior to accident to prove it. Kustom paint didnt want to hear it and hung on to its pride refusing to give me honest service for unknown reasons.
