I don't write reviews often, but this post office was so good that I had to.The front desk worker is super nice and makes funny jokes.When I ordered a package to an address that didn't exist, I let the staff know and they held on to it for me until I could pick it up.If you are staying in Roseau, make sure to visit this post office at least once. It'll make your day!

My grandchildren's Easter package arrived at the post office at 836am on April 8th. My son went to get package and the man told him to come back on Monday. I then called, he said he would go grab it and to call back in a half hour. I called back, no answer, and it is now Monday, April 10th, still no Easter box.

Don't get the mail everyday and yet I get mail returned because I abbreviated Avenue Ave. Is a nationally recognized abbreviation.. if they can catch that then they can give my mail.

I came into the post office when they should be open on a Sat and they're closed because of staff issues. God forbid someone work a few hrs of overtime.

My mail is always going to the wrong house ive even gotten my neighbors mail... and currently it says one of my packages was delivered but i cant find it anywhere... this place is horrible if my husband didnt work at polaris we wouldnt stay in town just because of the postal... ridiculous

I love having to pay for shipping when I buy something just to have to go pick it up at the post office since they don't want to deliver it.

We received a notice from Amazon that the post office had trouble delivering a package to us. When I called the post office on Wednesday to find out why it had not been delivered I was given a number of lame excuses. (We did not know if you wanted it, REALLY?. Your house is more than 1/4 mile from the mailbox (which it is not and not sure why that is an issue anyway). Another one was, I don't know why, but it's been here since Friday. I asked them to please deliver it on Thurs. So almost a week before it left their possession and into ours. We received 2 boxes today and they both looked like they had gone through a war zone. The other package was torn open and was damaged - along with the product that was inside. So we had to contact Amazon to let them know that the product is unusable and we cannot return it as the box was to badly damaged to ship it back.

Called to see if I have a package there as I have tracked it and it said in sorting office. I would pick it up from there instead of them delivering it. The man who answered my call was incredibly rude and not helpful whatsoever. I wish I had gotten his name. Terrible customer service.

On numerous occasions they refuse to deliver heavy packages and fill out an attempt to deliver slip saying I wasn't home when I am home.

The Roseau post office has some of the nicest employees I've dealt with. Always willing to go out of the way to help.
