“Hands down, this is the best place I’ve ever lived! The complex is quiet and stays immaculately clean, management is professional, there’s luxury amenities for all residents to enjoy, and repairs always happen quickly.

And I’m definitely going to miss the resident community events. I won a ticket to my first MLB last year from an April community party and had a blast! I even caught my first home run ball.

20/10, DEFINITELY recommend the Morrison Apartments! The only reason my husband and I left is due to his job transferring him to North Carolina.

Lastly, you’ll live within reasonable walking, driving, or biking distance from multiple churches, parks, and restaurants.

“I like to have a clean car, especially in the Winter. Besides that washing your car is good for your car, it's nice to have a clean looking car. I can't tell you how many times I've dirtied my pants, a jacket or bag from rubbing against a dirty car. Yuck! I have gone through the car washes at gas stations and such, and they do a nice job. But, they are expensive by comparison. Usually at a gas station a car wash is $7-$10. Going to a self wash is about $3.00. Ok maybe not life changing, but hey why not save a few bucks here and there to spend on a burger or something? Most the the self wash places I have been at are very similar. They have the high pressure wand with water, soap, and usually some extra options. You put in your quarters and have about 90 seconds to wash. When the lights start blinking or you hear the beeping, add a few quarters as needed. I never use the wheel wash or pre-soak, wax or any of the other options. I go with the soap right away and water to rinse. I used to use the soap brush however I have found that the high pressure soap works better and faster than a soap brush. I also believe that rocks and such can get logged in the soap brush which could scratch your car. The other aspect I like about the high pressure wand is spraying out the dirt and grime that gets in the wheel wells. Most places have a vacuum and a trash can to throw out some garbage. Fox Ridge had something I have not seen before. They super sized air hose to dry you car. I thought this was so cool. While I did not use this feature this trip, it is definitely something I would like to try sometime when I return. Fox Ridge is close to my office and I love convenience. I will certainly be back here when my car needs a wash.”

“I lived here for 3.5 years, in two different units. Both were beautiful, kept in great condition, and clean. The building itself was also cleaned at least on a weekly basis. I felt like it was a great price for what you get, compared to similar places.

Management was always very responsive to me and available by email or phone, and maintenance was prompt, throughout, quick, and friendly. They also made improvements while I was there, like replacing the balconies and setting up a package room when packages were being stolen.

It’s an apartment building, so you’re always going to deal with apartment building stuff - smells, noise, having to move your car when they plow (and they definitely plow), or stuff being down for repairs. But I was always surprised at how quiet the building actually is compared to other places I’ve lived. Most of the frustrations I experienced while living there (as with anywhere) had more to do with neighbors being inconsiderate than anything within management control.

I was sad to leave and I would 100% live here again.”
