“I am a current resident of Fox Ridge Estates and have resided here for just over a decade now. I honestly enjoy living here.
The neighborhood is very quiet and nearby a lot of necessities that are either within walking distance or accessible through public transportation. That includes groceries, shopping, medical facilities, restaurants, etc… I love the fact all this is close by and decreasing the likelihood that I have to venture very far for all my needs. Even with the economy and inflation concerns, I find that Fox Ridge Estates is still the most economical offering within this much proximity to the Twin Cities in comparison to Eagan as well as the airport. It’s a convenient location too and not far from my employer, which works out rather well for me.
It’s a pretty cozy one-bedroom, one bathroom apartment unit that I rent: more than enough space for me. Plus management does make an effort to keep appliances and amenities updated, which is always appreciated. The grounds are well maintained too and kept pretty clean regularly.
Speaking of the management, I like them too as they’re pretty friendly and amenable. I’m always comfortable reaching out to Angie, the apartment manager, for any questions or maintenance concerns I have. Anytime I’ve had an issue or complication involving my apartment unit, she along with maintenance staff have always been rather quick to address it right away: even in the middle of the night. (That was a lifesaver earlier this summer for example when my a/c unit died during a heatwave!)
I definitely recommend living here.”

“I go here alot almost daily so I obviously like the place. But people there can have there good days and bad days like any other store. But mostly people are nice and know us well.”
“The car wash was fine, but there was a line to get the extra fixings (drying, tire shine, vacuum, etc.). This line was so long that my car dried in the sun and got water spots all over it.
Edit: I returned for a free rewash and it was done properly with no issues. Bumped up to four stars. Just need to figure out logistics for cars that dry with spots when waiting for towel dry.”
“Went to get a car wash but our sticker wasn’t working, the employee (John) came right out within seconds with a smile and was very helpful at getting a new one printed and making sure it worked. Something so simple but he was very nice, very personable, kind and helpful. It’s always a great experience there and everyone is great. John was very nice!”

“Wash is what you would expect. I only made it 4 stars because little to no air cam out of the blower/dryer so I had to drive out with a wet vehicle (in negative temperatures). Reasonably priced about $1/min.”

“Update: Still HIGHLY RECOMMEND - If you do encounter an issue I have found the owner to be quite responsive and adept with customer service.
I have experienced a couple issues over the years BUT when you factor in:
a) car washes do one thing over and over and over thus they will eventually break down
b) when I've had issues my messages to the owner have been PROMPTLY RETURNED packed with solution(s)
c) phone app exists for this place (Touch4Wash) that facilitates payment, system control - even account history

“Ah yes, Holiday Stationstores—where I go in for “just gas” and leave $27 poorer with snacks I didn’t know I emotionally needed. Staff is always friendly, coffee is somehow both questionable and necessary, and the roller grill items look like they’ve seen things… but I trust them anyway. 10/10 would make bad financial decisions here again.”

“My car lost all electrical power. Had it towed to Tires Plus. They said they couldn't diagnose the problem. Recommended I take it to a dealer. Never heard of a major service shop that just gives up and says tow it somewhere else. Towed it to Precision Auto. Diagnosed major problems, unfortunately for me. Told me one of the computer parts required was on a national backorder and could take up to 3 months to get in. I was resigned to wait since I had no options. Allan, the service person who was assisting me, called me 2 days later and said he had tracked down my part somewhere in Texas and he would ship it here next day. One day later the job was done and I was back on the road. Allan went above and beyond to solve a serious problem and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service!”
“Decent, but a bit hit or miss. I don't utilize the self service area so I can't speak to that-- but the automated touch and touch-free washes sometimes do a great wash and we leave sparkly clean, but there have been times I have had to go through a second time to clear the bugs off in the summer or salt residue in the winter season. Maybe I'm too observant but sometimes in the 'touch' variation I notice a lot of bugs stuck to the spinning rubber cleaners that often times leave more bugs on my windshield than when I came in. I do like that it's usually a quick in and out and since it's a bit more hidden than some of the others, there's not usually a long way. Also love that the vacuums are able to be paid for using card and you don't have to dig for coins!”
