Not one stylist that I have seen in the twin cities can cut my curly hair quite like Mel. It lays perfectly and she is patient and kind. She is phenomenal.

I came in last year, and the woman I worked with did an excellent job. However, when I came in today, the first stylist I worked with cut it really short from the get go and then kept going. She cut off 3 inches after I asked her to leave it as long as possible, and then she admitted during the hair cut she’d never done something like my reference photo before and that she didn’t know what to do, which raised immediate red flags for me. She then cut off all of my frame pieces, left it incredibly choppy and the layers were uneven and blunt. I went back in and saw another stylist who did everything she could to save it but it had been butchered so badly that there wasn’t much to do. Unfortunately this will be a very hat filled summer for me :/ I added an image of what it looked like after the first time. Second time around it is still far too short for my liking but a lot less choppy.

My grandson was treated horribly at Great Clips. They refused to wash condition and comb his hair. They wanted to buzz cut his hair rather than deal with a tangle in the back of his hair. You should be ashamed of your selves. Maybe you should think about retirement. You know who you are. I am disgusted.

The fast food workers of the salon world. My son came in with a tangle and they wouldn't even wash and condition it.

Stylist Mel was on drugs or drunk while cutting my hair, she was slurring her words, talking slow, and now my hair is different lengths all over. Someone look into if Mel at rosemount great clips is drinking on the job because I’m not kidding everything about my interaction and “hair cut” pointed to that she was under the influence, never going here again.

They are friendly and its clean but never going back. Not sure they have ever seen a ruler before, asked for 1 inch off lovely long hair just to clean it up. Got 5-6 inches off and ended with an atrocious face frame mullet when I specifically said nothing off front so doesn't look like that. Gonna take over a year to grow out. I can't see them without my glasses on otherwise would have stopped her.

Hair cut was good but the stylist was rough with the trimmer which left with razor burn on the back of my neck and scratches throughout the back of my head . My whole neck and head was red and stinging from the burn for several hours after

I go there whenever I need a haircut. It’s always been easy and pretty good in terms of quality. The online reservation is pretty great as the place is busy.

The great clips in Rosemount has let my fiance down more than once and Sunday was the last straw. He went in to get a trim before our wedding in June and the woman who trimmed his hair did a chop job. It is extremely disappointing and I’m hoping that it grows back in time for the wedding.
Please, if you going to get your hair cut, go to one of the many good salons in the area and avoid Great Clips in Rosemount.

Its greatclips they're great not exceptional. Its in their name. They use to be. Depending on who's working & Location, they can be 4-5stars(For the cost)
