“This store is the best, it never disappoints. They have such useful and unique items. I have never left without finding the perfect gift for someone or to myself. This business truly appreciates there customers and it shows. They are always having fun events and customer giveaways at special events. They have a loyalty program and it's very nice. I could go on & on about this place, it really is that good!”
“I happened to be getting an x-ray right near a Hobby Lobby store. So naturally, I had to stop and see what I could find. As usual, they had a lot of nice and cute things for reasonable prices. One of my favorite things was a memorial stone for my dog. The only troubling thing was that the one cashier was extremely slow and waited way too long to call for more cashiers.”

“I am very impressed with Customer Support employee Sherry. She facilitated my request for a replacement cushion for our sectional. When the cushion arrived, she offered that the cushion could be delivered to my daughter in Edina instead of having my daughter pick it up for me, as we live outside the delivery area. Very thoughtful and appreciated!”

“After a terrible break up I was in need of a new bed and a colleague recommended I talk to Megan at Sleep Number in Apple Valley. Normally I wouldn't go to such lengths for a bed but my colleague was insistent so I went so they'd shut up.
It didn't take much to figure out who Megan was because she was the only female amongst a group of male employees that didn't bother to greet me or even acknowledge me when I walked into the store.
That said I'm glad I took my colleague's recommendation so they would shut up and now I sleep better than ever. I slept so good that I was late to work three times in the first week I owned it. If Megan is still selling beds after my next break up she'll be the first person I seek.”

“I picked up an online order curbside. Google Maps guided me to the lower level of the parking ramp, and there weren't any signs to direct me to the right area. I ended up driving around a bit and eventually found some directional signage. Once I arrived at the right place (top level of ramp), the process was quick and seamless.”
“Today I got the best customer service I’ve ever had at an Urban! I really wanted to buy the botanical print balloon pants, and couldn’t find them on the floor, and one of the associates (i think she maybe is a manager?) told me she’d be happy to check in the back to see if they had my size. She found them (yay!!) and I tried them on and they fit perfectly. This is my favorite Urban outfitters in the cities and the sale section is always super organized and clean whenever I go, which says a lot in the grand scheme of retail lol.”
