My tax preparer seemed irritated by my questions. So much so, that he made me not want to ask questions. Whenever I ask him a question, he answered as though I was a tax preparer. I asked him did I have to file my stocks, since my investments were so little, but he never answered my question. He didn’t explain to me the price of his services. Overall it was a horrific experience.

Shady and untrustworthy employees that do not operate within proper guidelines of any tax prep service. Small and short interaction led to almost immediate identity theft. Contacted authorities within h&r only to be brushed off as suspected. Bunch of crooks waiting to rip people off. Horrible experience
