Had an appointment for 2 persons to do a friend pedi. Only one technician showed up to work. Didn't even have the courtesy to tell me as I sat in water for an hour..so disappointed! Will never be back!

Judy is the Absolutely Best Nail Technician! I Love that it is a smaller shop and you get better Customer service. She is so creative when it comes to nail designs. I highly recommend Impress Nails in Rosemount!

The only reason I took a star off is because the address is wrong. It is not next to cub but the next strip mall over. This almost caused me to give up when I was going there. Other than that it's great! I was a walk in for a pedicure. Had to wait 30 mins which was totally fine. The person did a fabulous job on my feet. Super nice salon and decorated very cute. I will be back for sure.

I frequently get pedicures. My feet are difficult as I am older.Judy helps me and saves me for having to go to a doctor for ingrowing toenail.I am very thankful for impress nails, and Judy! Great caring people!

I went in for a redue because another nail salon didn't do it the way I wanted them done so I came here she did exactly what I asked for n did them awesome she removed old nails n put on the new set I got the glitter powder with a snow ❄️ flake on ring fingers of both hands she definitely paid attention to detail on the contructing of the nail so when everything was all finished they looked so beautiful I forgot to leave a review when I first got them so if I'm able to upload a photo I will look out for the pink powder nails with snow flakes. The woman that did them was right behind the counter when you first walk in she's amazing. I can't speak for the others but her I highly recommendService: Acrylic nails

Family owned business with nice folks that take care of you kindly. My pedicure always looks amazing. The gel manicure is perfection. Best to make an appointment, but walk-ins are fine too!

I always stop here when visiting my brother. They do a fantastic job, they are friendly, & the place is always clean. This visit Julie did my nails. I brought a picture and she was able to do exactly what I wanted. I will continue to go back next time I visit from AZ.Services: Pedicures

2 stars because the guy that did my nails was soooo nice. But awful Dip powder top coat. It literally peeled off in 5 days. When I went back to fix it, it only lasted another 3 days. My nails look awful.Service: Dip powder

Lisa did an excellent job on my nails today! She did not make me feel rushed at all and was very meticulous. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely come back.
