So thankful to have worked with this team! I struggled with terrible pain in my ribs while pregnant and was able to experience relief through the techniques I was shown. I also had significant tailbone pain after birth and was able to reduce that pain with the exercises I was given. I will definitely be continuing care in the future to get back to running and my regular routine.

I highly recommend (and have recommended) Moms in Motion for any postpartum mom! I always planned on doing some PT after birth and am so thankful I found Moms in Motion. My first session was around eight weeks postpartum -- when I felt physically and mentally read to start PT. My therapist was kind, thorough, and gave me great context about why and how to do specific exercises. Her approach is full body, not just postpartum, which I appreciated (i.e. I had not realized that I was putting more weight on one leg while standing or doing squats!). It is incredibly convenient that my therapist came to the house. My therapist also looked around to what we had available to incorporate into my exercises moving forward. I feel like I have the necessary knowledge and tools to continue my postpartum recovery and to support myself as I continue my health and wellness journey. I could not have asked for a better postpartum PT experience; I feel stronger and more empowered to exercise safely and effectively with the limited time I have as a new mom. I hope to continue using Moms in Motion for general PT needs moving forward.

I just started with Moms In Motion PT and am so glad I did! I’ve been experiencing some postpartum symptoms that I always heard were “normal” but not pleasant to live with. Already I am able to relieve some of that through simple to follow exercises. Everything is explained so well, Michelle genuinely cares about me as a patient and person, and I love the convenience of care right in my own home. I’m 11 months postpartum and my only regret is that I didn’t start PT sooner. So glad I found Moms In Motion PT!

After just a few sessions with my therapist I immediately noticed a difference!A little bit almost myself... I just turned 38 and a mom of an almost 8 year old and 4 yr old (the 4 yr old I had via emergency c-section) About 2 years ago I had been doing very intense workouts and heavy lifting and then all of a sudden (I can't recall when or what happened) but there was a noticable difference in my core and pelvic floor. Even though I continued to work out during this time I went for more low impact and less stenuous workouts as I figured somehow what I was doing must've caused this. Hoever, one I knew I was not working up to my potential, and two although I was mainting and happy with the number on the scale, my clothes weren't fitting the same and my core was so weak and felt like jelly ? Not to mention I started experiencing back pain and pelvic dysfunction.I had a consult for a tummy tuck, but even more than the cost was the recovery time which was just not realistic for my life, and also frustrating because I knew there had to be a way I could regain my core strength and get back to the way I looked and felt just 2 years ago. I began to Google/research which lead me to Moms in Motion PT.My therapist really listened to what my symptoms and goals were, and even after our first session, and her showing me how to correct my posture and perform exercises such as squats with proper form I could genuinely feel the difference right away!I am able to "zip up my abs" as they say, and can truly feel it and my clothes fit the way they are supposed to again!After consulting with my therapist I was able to confirm that what I was doing prior was not making things worse, and she helped me gain the confidence to challenge my body and actually get strong again and feel good in my own skin ❤️Also with being mindful of my posture and form with exercising and just every day in general I have noticed my pelvic floor is also stronger. I am so grateful for finding Moms in Motion PT!!

Michelle is SO knowledgeable about the body, and did an amazing job of meeting me where I was at. She customized my program to my body and my needs, and helped me significantly decrease my pain. She shared so much knowledge with me along the way, and gave me confidence to be able to live with my arthritis comfortably long term! She was flexible with my kids coming in and out of my appointment, and I loved that she came to my home. Highly recommend her services!

I am beyond grateful to have been referred to Michelle from my chiropractor. I had terrible tailbone pain after the birth of my first child. Driving/sitting more than 10 minutes was unbearable. After 10 months of trying other methods, I wish I would have started physical therapy with Michelle sooner. With her driving out to my home, it not only was convenient but it also saved me from an excruciating drive. I’m already able to drive for longer periods of time and sit comfortably. I’m so excited for the progress I’ve already seen. And i’m very optimistic that I’ll be pain free in another couple of weeks.Michelle is incredibly intelligent and kind, and it’s the best experience I could have imagined for my first time doing physical therapy. Highly recommend!

I worked with Moms in Motion PT both prenatally and postpartum for both of my kids and cannot recommend them enough! My therapist helped me prepare my body and mind for an unmedicated labor, as well as guided me through proper healing and recovery after their births. It’s also so convenient they come right to your home. I will definitely hire Moms in Motion for any future pregnancies and postpartum healing!

Dr. Wall is so sweet, outgoing and knowledgeable! I sought out pelvic floor PT after hearing about its benefits over the last few years. Michelle is so incredible to work with! Early on in my second pregnancy I realized that I needed help toning my pelvic floor as baby grew bigger. I was struggling to get in with my old provider after a change in insurance and someone recommended Moms in Motion PT. Michelle made everything so easy! She is so kind, so knowledgeable, so helpful, thoughtful and thorough. She takes time to really assess your body and provides clear guidance for exercises to help (bonus: she did them along with me as I was learning the correct form!) The fact that she came to my house was just one more incredible bonus. And, when my daughter was around, she was incredible with acknowledging her questions and including her as well. I cannot recommend Michelle more highly! Thank you, Michelle!!

Moms in Motion PT is exceptional! Michelle took great care in my initial assessment and thoughtfully developed my treatment plan. The virtual visits gave me the flexibility I needed to stick with treatment. Michelle is holistic in her approach and demonstrated her concern for the whole person in every visit. I wish I would have known about Pelvic PT sooner! I’ve struggled my entire adult life and made such significant improvement. Michelle made sure I had a good understanding of why she’d recommend an exercise or treatment and explained how seemingly disparate things were interconnected. I have a better understanding of my body’s mechanics and that continues to inform how I care for myself now. Michelle was available if ever I ran into difficulty outside of our visits and was quick to respond with helpful suggestions. I can’t say enough good things about Moms in Motion PT and heartily recommend all Moms who are in need to seek out Michelle’s expert care.

I couldn't have had a better experience working with Michelle! She is so knowledgeable and kind. I would have just worked on kegals and not gotten results as we figured out other things going on for me. She is extremely easy to work with as she drives to your house for the sessions. I had to reschedule a few times due to my child's illness and Michelle was very understanding. Pelvic floor therapy should be part of routine postpartum health care as it affects so many areas of health and wellness. She helped me correct tailbone pain from sports injuries, mild incontinence while sneezing/coughing and helped me break the long-time pattern of getting up 3-4 times per night to urinate. I'm so grateful for the work she does and recommend her to all my mom friends!
