She gave me details on different food that was a better deal and has all the same ingredients he enjoys! She continues to help me find a dog kennel and even the right bowl for him. “Christa is the best groomer that we've ever encountered, bar none, it's not close to where I live, but, it's worth the drive, she does a great job on Lacey, lacey is a cavalier, and can have pretty profuse fur by the time we get in, and, Christa makes her look wonderful, and Lacey is so much more comfortable, you can tell..........she's now about 10# lighter, we've tried several places and this wag n' wash is the very best.”

“We love this location for the cats, and other animals that all seem very well taken care of at this location. We come out of necessity for toys, food, and treats, but thoroughly enjoy checking out the adoptable animals here, also. It's a very clean location, with product selection and pricing. We're geographically closer to PetCo, but we usually come here because of all of the small animals + cats.”
“The store always has what I need, and they price match which is convenient. I was in on Sunday and had the most positive experience because of two employees (which compelled me to write a public review): Charles and Kyle. Charles was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable - seamlessly helping direct me to where the items I needed were in the store and matching prices for items I found on the TSCo website. Kyle meticulously and patiently helped me load up a cattle panel and t posts in my SUV and was so kind. Both of these folks were 100% customer focused.”

“I was very nervous about my dog getting aggressive with the tech since we haven't really done a lot of shots before and he's more on the stranger danger side. But the tech was very calm, slow and did an amazing job with my dog. Held him gently, but firmly and talked nice to him. My dog was very nervous I could see him shaking from across the room and he didn't even growl at him. Didn't get the tech's name, but was very impressed.”

“I always enjoy my visits to Chuck & Don's as the staff there is always friendly and welcoming. Val, Dane and the rest of the team have been tremendous and make myself (as well as the others that come in) feel more than just customers. Its a great community. Also the products sold there is a wide variety of good food options, treats and treatments.As long as the store in Rosemount is open, I'll be going there multiple times a week for my cats and dog.”
