The Rosemount MN location for the storage unit is awesome. My unit is on the main floor, drive up and staff here are great! I took a small load of boxes today and was able to handle them with ease. Even with my back issues I was able to go slow and accomplished a task I haven't been to do for quite awhile.

Mike did a fantastic job is helping me out. He was very understanding of my issues and very helpful on getting them resolved. When I went back to rent a unit the next day I made sure he was willing so I could deal directly with him again, and again, he was very helpful.
