Went in for three topics, 1 of the 3 was done correctly, took weeks to resolve the issues, with little or no feedback from the Rosemont office. Went with another company all was well in one visit and I am paying a lot less for the same insurance.

Tom knows his insurance and provides helpful information about what's available and what may meet your needs. I've been with him for several years and have been treated very well. A couple of years ago we had a water damage claim in our house. Tom and American Family Insurance were very helpful and fair in helping us through that difficult time. What really counts is when you have an insurance need, you have the coverage and an insurance and an agent who is there for you. Tom and American Family Insurance are good people.
