The best place to buy parts

Part buyers beware! They will charge you for every small little thing. Looking for headlights for a 02 suburban. If you know you know they aren’t just one entire housing. Cashier wanted to charge me for the main headlamps $36 for each and the headlamp mounts $12 each and another $12 for the “parking lamps” (the lower portion of the housing assembly) overall wanted $120 for the headlights alone. ($60-$70 if I order online) Another $77 for the mirrors which I would’ve been fine with if she wouldn’t have jacked up the price on the headlights. It boggles my mind you are supposed to save money yet they want to charge you for every small little thing. Definitely won’t be getting my business anymore.

Great for the people whom like to do it themselves! It was my first time coming here and I cannot remember the young man’s name,Very very handsome young dark male.He has a smile that can make anyone’s day!Everyone on the team was very helpful but this young man went above and beyond my expectations. In addition to that he gave us a very good laugh! He is the reason you have gained another customer and will gain many more.I will be sure to tell all my mates about this young lad.Very authentic and has a personality that is unblemished to say the least,We watched him clean and sweep everything alone and felt so bad.His answer was“I do it now,So that one day my children won’t have to”GIVE THE YOUNG LAD A UP-Dan R

This place is great for the DIYer or anyone looking to reuse parts and keep your old car running for as long as possible! Malik was super helpful in finding the right part for my car. The first part I picked ended up being slightly the wrong size, but that was on me for not paying attention. The 30 warranty made it super easy to come back and exchange it for the right parts and get me back on the road.

This Establishment needs to really needs to evaluate its business practice. Here is what is possible1) management & employees could be the problem here ( its ran like the worse than anything I have ever seen)2) or the company is not serious about its reputation or doesn't careA lot of theft is clearly visibleIn my many visits here prices change dramatically for the same exact itemI understand its not easy to get educated employees here but good leadership guidance can help offset thatI come here with no conference and extremely on guard especially when I am at the registerCan't believe this kind of management is in MinnesotaI hope ownership will really transform this establishment sOperationIf ownership is reading this review understand that you are being ripped off drastically by your managers and employees1000%

Was looking for a steering knuckle on a 2000 Honda Civic. The staff was very helpful, and we were able to find the part we were looking for at a fraction of the cost.

Great place, wish less people would destroy parts though. Eg all the Honda Odyssey door motors are destroyed by people cutting the cables to get to the sliders easier which is crazy because they are 7$ to buy new ones on AliExpress.. so they destroy a 120$ part to get to part they can buy new for 7$. Not to mention all the ither parts they destroy when they drop the door and cut everything… lot of people need to be banned from the yard

They charge you $2 just to enter the yard where are the vehicles are stored, not a big deal, however they do not update the website AT ALL as far as vehicle parts go. When I got there, I told the gal at the desk that I was looking for a hood for my vehicle, she said that they had one on a particular vehicle, the other vehicle I was looking at it was gone. I went out to the yard to look at the vehicle that she said was available, not only did it NOT have a hood, most of the front end was gone. A total waste of 1.5 hrs of my time. Most of the vehicles were very stripped down.

PART 1/2Mechanics and DIY's (Vets and New) Beware of Wrongful/Faulty Information Online, On Paper and Verbal:Lack of Safety:For over eight years, I have been going to this place, strictly for the purposes of testing it's environment, it's employees and the safety aspect of the business surrounding. Their policy guide, pertaining to safety has been in violation for too long. Anyone who enters the vehicle yard will immediately notice that the chemical spills coming from the vehicles have not been extracted from the vehicles, before the vehicles are set out onto the yard. There are also several vehicles tilted from their stands (Completely Unstable and Absolutely Unsafe to Work on). I intentionally cut off the aluminum A/C Compressor line on a few vehicles they have out on the yard and of course, they were still under pressure, releasing Freon into the atmosphere and leaking into the soil. This is one of the most dangerous chemicals to be released into our environment. I also thought I should check the Trans-Cooler Lines, Transmission Fluid, Radiator Fluid, Motor Oil, Windshield Washing Fluid and of course your everyday flammable Fuel (Yes, even the vapors, as these are very explosive) and by God all these fluids are still present in most of the vehicles. Which leads me to the voluntary staff who represent this business. What corrective measures are being taken, after all this time and opportunity to abide by the OSHA Regulations and Standards set in place for the protection of our environment and especially ourselves? Is it worth paying such an unspeakable penalty? This is not a bad business, but just like a customer is to follow the rules you put forth, so should you. Rules are in place because of safety. And not to be ignored, because it only takes once for a life to be lost.Lack of Integrity (Online vs. On Site; On Printed Paper vs. On Vehicle Yard; 45 - 90 Days On Yard vs. "Staff Favoritism"):No Organization and Respect for CustomersWhy do I keep hearing in person and online that customers who were at this business or are at this business are being lied to by the staff (most of whom are mid 20's kids)? If a business wants to hire a kid, so that it pays them cheap an hour, at least find somebody with that one single good moral value. Because ultimately, it will only be a matter of time before other customers find out and well the word gets out there pretty quick. Any of the staff just might end up getting caught red handed on video or audio recording and become exposed to any type of media (Which is what I call a media wild fire).
