They had my package in the post office and still lost it somehow. It has been months and I’ve never received an update on my missing mail claim and I can’t request a refund or anything.

I have come here several times to mail letters, package & buy stamps. The people here are friendly, welcoming and so very patient. Thankfully, I've never had to wait long to have my questions answered or be helped. I appreciate their service.

Very nice people work here. While I was in line here a police officer in uniform that had about five Christmas gifts to send and let me and my daughter go ahead of him❤️ this is a small Rosemount store but it is small and cozy

I came here a few days ago and was treated rudely when asking questions.1st of all, idk why the hell the desk lady was calling me "she/ma'am" I'm a 23 year old guy with face hair who doesn't look or sound feminen at all. I do have a slight chest but not enough to be considered a girl. I was not happy with the blatant misgendering and ignoring me when correcting her.2nd, when I was talking to the guy because the desk lady doesn't know anything apparently, he didn't want to get closer to the counter so I could hear him and I had to yell for him to hear me. I don't feel comfortable litterally yelling my buisness for everyone and constantly asking him to repeat himself and getting rude with me because i cant hear him far away when he could have walked closer.I do not recommend coming here in person for anything regardless how simple.

I don't know how to indicate just how bad the USPS phone system is.Also sent me to the wrong usps address.I Hate the publicly funded phone service and Rosemount post office.

We now drive several miles out of our way just to use this post office versus several other closer USPS locations whose staff are far less friendly and usually far less competent. Only complaint about this location, YOU NEED MORE CUSTOMER PARKING. The parking lot is usually already full by 800am with employees' vehicles.

For the past two years our packages has never been delivered and required us to pick them up from the local office because the mail person is too lazy to drive up, also never left us any delivery notice so we don't know when to pick up the packages.We have complaint about this person for 2 years but the post office manager Bill never care and never done anything about it. Can you belive it? we have to go to the post office for 2 years to pick up our own package and checking myself
