Visited on two different days a week apart, left info with multiple people, never got any followup that I was promised regarding a potential warranty issue. Ended up going to a different location.

Our daughter received a written estimate, but when she dropped her car off to be repaired she was told it would be $2,000 more than the estimate!! Perhaps they believed, because she is a younger adult, that they can play this bait and switch with her. We were there to drive her back to her home and watched all of this unfold. Not only have they lost her business, none of us will ever have anything to do with them.

I worked with Katelyn and Justin kept me up to date on the work being done to my car. Outstanding service and professionalism. You can't tell where they replaced the parts and the paint (which is considered difficult to match) matches! Thank you for detailing the car as well, that made me feel so appreciated as a customer!

I took my car to the shop. They told the insurance company that the damage is not from this accident.
However, my car still has the original rear bumper with the VIN number both inside and outside, which shows it has never been repaired or replaced.
Given that, I don’t understand how Caliber Collision can say the frame damage was “prior damage.” How could there be prior frame damage if the original bumper is still intact and has never been replaced or repaired?

I'm the executive director of a music nonprofit. Our only vehicle, a Dodge Ram which tows our bands' equipment to free concerts in the park, and pulls our parade trailer in a dozen parades each summer, was involved in an accident. We needed it repaired quickly so we wouldn't have to cancel any of our free community concerts or parades. We chose Caliber Collision Roseville because it was close to our nonprofit location, having never worked with them before, and it was the right choice! Richard and the team at Caliber Collision Roseville were amazing. They guided me through the insurance claim process, provided an accurate repair estimate, and had our truck ready 24 hours before I expected it. Customer service and quality of repairs exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend!

We could not be happier with our experience here. I was in a collision with my jeep and we chose this shop for the repairs.
We were covered by insurance, but even if we hadn’t been the price was very reasonable. They made sure we were kept up to date on the status of my vehicle and facilitated our rental as well. The work was done in nearly half the time we’d anticipated. They even vacuumed out the excessive dog hair from our pack 😂 12/10 would recommend
