Worst customer service ever.
I went in to make a return and the manager wasn’t even present to do it, the normal sales associate couldn’t make the return. She said it would be an hour before the manager comes. So I leave.
I come on a different day at 11am, the hours say it’s open and the security gate is down with the light and music still on. No sign mentioning anything about when the staff will return. The least you could do is having a sign to notify customers when you’ll be back. Waste of time again. Now I have to come back a THIRD time.
I plan to give them a call before I come again but based on the reviews, seems like they haven’t properly trained their staff to simply pick up phone calls. What are you paying them to do?

Bad customer service, the lady working there has an attitude issue and is scornful every time you ask for something. Like maybe don’t work there if you’re gonna be this miserable about it?? She is not welcoming or personable at all. She follows you with her eyes like you’re about to steal something. I like their stuff but they’re doing themselves a disservice by hiring people with no customer service skills.

I finally got through to the store after the phone ringing and ringing and then voicemail a couple times over a period of 30 minutes. When I talked to someone, they promptly put me on "hold" but I could hear what they were doing in the store. I hung up after being put on hold for 10 minutes with no one in the store. I heard a customer in at first (I’m guessing this is why they put me on hold), and then the customer leaving. I hung up to call back, reminding them that I still needed help. Well, the phone was still off the hook at 13, minutes and then 20….. I called back just now to see if I could get through. Had I not hung up, I would have been waiting for 25 minutes so far, just I could check you had a particular size in a shoe that I needed exchanged?
And I told the lady this request before she put me on hold. Please put these people on some kind of performance review or even fire them. I’m seeing that they have had multiple complaints as well. Who would want to interact with someone so horrible at customer service?

Friday April 5th.
The Asian lady and the young kid should be fired!! Rude and super bad service ever. I was trying on shoes and she never asked me as if i wanted any sizes to try on, but she give me an order to put the shoes back to how they were where they belong. I wasn’t even done trying on shoes. She sound like She doesn’t wanna do the job and making Customer do it. And a kid Was just sitting there at the cashier eating bananas. I think them two are related mother son probably, they act like they own the shop and doesn’t need Customer at all.

Kimberly the store manager was very efficient, friendly and helpful. I really appreciated her help and her professionalism. Made my experience great.

AWFUL Customer Service! My elderly father and I were shopping for shoes and he was persistent he wanted leather bottom dress shoes from Aldo. I reluctantly agreed. They did not have the correct size or color in stock in store, however the sales associate clearly stated they would arrive within 3-5 business days. We said great, we will be back in a week to pick our order. We purchased on 02/04/2023 and it is now 02/13/2023 and the order is still not there. The sales associates are awful, not only are they rude they are condescending to put it lightly. My father is fighting for his life right now and all he wanted was a sharp looking pair of shoes and he is made to feel bad every time stopped in to check the status. He is 76 years old and it honestly makes me what to cry the way he has been treated. They won't even talk to him. I really hope this company goes bankrupt after the way they've treated him. Whomever the store manager is I really hope you see my review and know that I am filing a formal complaint as well. YOU and your staff should be fired!

My experience with this store was awful, came in to pick up my shoes, and after confirming with frank on the phone a day prior that both my shoes were in the shore and ready for pick up after doing an online instore pick up order, one I arrived at the store I was told by -angel- (manager) that only one e of my shoes was available for pick up odd. I had told her they were delivered and received by frank, come to find out the shoes were on the display rack taken out of my delivered box and put out for people to try on. She took them off the rack and went to the back to put them in a box ( that was broken,busted up & torn all over. How nice ! Trying to trick me into thinking they were mine, told me to take them and leave once I was asking why she would take a shoe out of a marked package. How can some one this rude and lacking customer service be a manager !?

I will never come back to the Rosedale Aldo store again. The manager Priscila starks was a very rude and unprofessional person. I'll never ever buy anything from aldo store again.
