In HarMar Mall. Location is easy enough to get to. Store itself Making appointments are easy online and lots of availability.Staff at front desk were not very approachable in my opinion. Took my first eye exam which took about an hour. They are very thorough and prescribe you something same day, but glasses take 2 weeks to get.The eye specialist was very friendly however and talkative compared to the front desk people.It's a nice place to get checked up and buy glasses.

I had such a fast and friendly visit. I was able to have my eye exam and pick out glasses in an hour. A worker, Aly, was so helpful and patient helping me look and decided on which glasses to get. I would definitely recommend this location!

I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE! Patty the front desk lady could be one of the rudest person I've ever encountered in my life. Context, I have waited three weeks for THREE of my glasses to arrive for pickup. I went to pick it up, told Patty my name, and she says "We only have ONE pair in for you", I told Patty, "I received a call last week that TWO were in and I was just waiting for the third one today". She didn't even bother to look for the other two and responded with attitude "Well I only see one, so I can only give you one" and I responded "No ma'am, all three were in". She finally went back to look and surprise surprise, she came back with three pair of glasses and not one.. I bet she felt dumb af.I then proceed to try on the glasses and one of them was loose, and I asked her about it, she responds "that's how we got them, there's nothing I can do" I then told her, the pair I tried on wasn't this loose "she then says well the demo pair is different, because so many people have tried them on", I then ask her "well if so many people have tried them on, wouldn't they be looser"? She didn't know how to respond but finally took the glasses and made them tighter.I also bought sunglasses and I immediately knew that the sunglasses I ordered were not the right size that I ordered, so I asked Patty about it and she goes "there's nothing I can do, this is what we had ordered". She then calls her manager over, him and I go look at the demo pair of sunglasses. The whole time I was explaining to the manager that the glasses I got were not the same style I ordered, he repeatedly tries to tell me that they were and then I finally asked him to go look at my order from 3 weeks ago. We go back and look and BAM I was correct, the sunglasses I got were WAY smaller then the original one I ordered.I just don't understand how a store with Patty working can still be open. She was rude from the moment I stepped in.

I went to this location to obtain two pair of glasses. I ordered a basic pair of glasses and also a pair of Michael kors glasses. The tech reached out to me and informed me that the Michael Kors were out of stock and that I will have to wait for the store to receive the new orders. I was still shipped my basic pair while I awaited my name brand pair to arrive. I just called the store in Roseville to do a follow up with the store to see if I can have my eye glasses shipped to me. The so called general managers by the name Eddie Smith answered the phone with the most rudest attitude. Even after receiving a disrespectful tone from him I kept my cool and over looked the disrespect. I asked about my glasses and he stated that he can not do anything about it and that I have lost out on over $400 worth of glasses. I stated to him that I am a traveling nurse and am no longer in Minnesota I’ve moved to another states for work. He kept cutting me off on every word I spoke. Super aggressive and rude. In my entire years as an Americans best patient I have NEVER felt so disrespected and belittled by another human being. I asked can I speak with another person that also represents the company with a little more professionalism and kindness. He then stated and I quote “you at like you don’t get it”. He then stated that I can not talk to no other person. I even asked to speak with the Dr. Who is Dr. Vang. Him and I spoke before In the pass. He stated that he will not let me talk to the Dr and that he has other patients to deal with and don’t have time for me. The reason for this review is because Eddie Smith really hurt my feelings that I actually cried. How is it that someone can be completely insensitive and holds a fro t line position. I never want anyone else to deal with that from him. I will continue to inform the world about this person. I will go as far as contacting corporate just so they are aware of the kind of people they have representing such known brand. If he is indeed the general manager or the face for Americas best he should know how to handle patients. He spoke to me in the inhumane manner. I was not aggressive I was not rude. I didn’t get flipped out the mouth. I just sat there and took the disrespect in total shock. I couldn’t get not one word out before he hung up in my face. I no longer want to be a patient with this company. The saying one bad apple really does spoil the bunch. It was completely unnecessary and the only way I can get this to have some sort of awareness is by posting the review here. With even posting here I doubt if anything gets done. We spend out of the pocket money, crazy amount and when a staff with these people disrespect us and have no regard for people like me. I feel like I have no way of making my story heard. I’m a firm believer in taking accountability and if there was a situation we’re I was wrong I have no problem owning up to it. However in this case all I did was call him for some information about my very expensive glasses that I have no received. I will never forget this. This left a scar with the relationship I’ve had with americas best for years now. And for that I leave absolutely one star. If there was a way to leave zero I will not even give a star to this office.

I went in to get my Contacts subscription refilled and the whole team was great. Whoever was the doctor on call was very thorough and the staff Sequana, Eddie and Annie were all very helpful, personable, professional, knowledgeable and kind. As a Christian I really appreciate how genuine the people were. I’ll definitely go back for future eye care stuff.

Eddie and the assistant manager were very friendly and helpful. Also u believe Pattie was the other lady that was there and she was nice too. Easygoing experience and it wasn’t super busy when I went on a Monday morning with my boyfriend.

Terrible experience , they were wrong at every aspect .Wrong result of exams wrong to threaten me about complaintsWrong three times on my glasses .Now I have a useless eye exam and no glasses .I have to pay full price to get a real eye exam , now .I actually feel they did this intentionallyOr are pushing a defective product.Bad vibes in Roseville .

Jasmin was so friendly and helpful to me and my partner today!! We left feeling confident in our glasses and she explained our prescriptions to us, which was really nice. I'm trans and my legal name is on my documents but my partner referred to me with my correct pronouns and name and Jasmin had no hesitation immediately switching the entire rest of the time. It made me feel safe and comfortable and I left feeling good about how the glasses felt.

Why 5? Because I walk in there with a positive attitude and was treated with a positive reaction. I of course did my home work prior to selecting them, and that help move things along by knowing such things as; what style glasses I wanted, and what my vision issues were.I had a good time!As a retired person, I try to make the working person's enjoy their day.Add on: Recieved both pair of glasses in 7 days and the were perfect!

Rude staff. Go elsewhere if you want actual customer service.I've been trying to get my new lens repaired for weeks and after calling back and forth repeatedly, i finally just went back to the store to get my glasses back. THEY DIDNT EVEN START REPAIRING IT!They had my glasses for 2 weeks and it was still in the zip lock bag with the broken lense untouched.Will be going elsewhere from now on.

I agree with Mike F. on his Review!!! My apologies, but this is a very long review of my Nightmare Experience. I had glasses initially back in 2019 and it was great with the Roseville, HAR MAR Mall, Store. When I knew I needed a new prescription, I went back for an initial eye exam with Dr. Yer Vang on 6/13/23 at the Roseville, MN, Store 5112. I knew my prescription had changed and wanted the same type of prescription (Bifocal on bottom of Frame). He would not listen to me and was trying force a different type of prescription (Digimax Ultra). I stated NO, I don't want that. I ended up buying 2 new glasses and I had 2 current glasses of my own, that were sent with the new Prescription. A total of 4 glasses and $1,172.43 later. I kept a personal extra pair until the new prescription ones came back. It was over 2 weeks until received. Once received, the entire order was wrong!! The Store Manager, Eddie blamed me for the error. He said I needed a new Eye Exam for my error. I ended up completing a new eye exam to verify what I wanted. It was like talking to a child and having to tell Dr. Vang "Let me make myself perfectly clear", this is what I want. All 4 glasses were sent back again with the new type of prescription, that I initially wanted. Once they came in, they were finally fine. I then sent my personal spare pair, for an additional $203.40 in for the prescription. Those pair came back and, YEP, it was the initial wrong prescription. I needed it verified by the Store, it was going to be the correct prescription. So again, it had to be sent back for the correct prescription. Finally all were correct from June until the end of Aug and 6 trips later. After a few weeks, I noticed a chip in the glass prescription on one of the new frames that was purchased. Since I had the Warranty, I went in to tell them about the Chip. The Store stated they will just order a new pair and when they come in, just exchange the chipped ones for the new pair. Well....you guessed, the chipped pair came back with the initial wrong prescription that was incorrect. My statement to the Manager, Eddy, was that I have been very patient with this store on exams, wrong prescriptions etc....The Store Manager, Eddy, said right to my face "what do you want me to do about it?" He also said "It was me who had the wrong prescription & the reason they had to order the new ones" This was in a yelling tone with 3 other customers in the Store. At this point, my patience was GONE!!! I asked Eddy, if I heard him correctly, that the Eye Dr. and the Store is blaming the Customer for the incompetence? Eddy said "YEP!!" Loud conversation in sued between the parties at this point until I left the Store. So now, I am still waiting for the wrong prescription from the chipped pair to come back to the Store for pick up. A call was placed to Customer Service, Tanisha, who was wonderful with a supposed Conversation with Martin, the District Manager for some resolution. June 13, 2023 until today, October 5th, 2023!!
