I went into this particular store because my wife was purchasing a new iPhone 15 Pro Max and a case. I had surgery on both of my feet less than a week before. I was sitting at a table because it is painful to stand and even more painful to walk. There was nobody else sitting at the table and there was multiple stools available. An employee approached me and said I could not sit there because that table was for demos only. After explaining that I was there waiting for my wife and I just had surgery on both of my feet less than a week before, I was told that I still could not sit there. Even after explaining it was painful to stand and wait let alone walk, I could not sit there. Thanks Apple. Appreciate the consideration.

Employees are polite, but Apple's policies regarding defective designs and manufacturing are not customer friendly and are enforced by the store.My airpods pro exhibit a manufacturing defect causing a regular crackling sound. Replacement was offered for these for 3 years after purchase, but I was not notified of the defect or the limited replacement period, and now am left uncovered for Apple's mistake.I'm disappointed in the quality of what is a brand with luxury pricing.

Always have a good experience here. I’m always in and out in a short amount of time and the staff are nice and accommodating. Billy and Thomas were very helpful with my hardware issue.

Horrible rude incompetent "technicians" I've been there 4 times and have multiple answers I how unlock my phone and access my icloud. I have been on phone calls for what seems hours with no help. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Condescending "geniuses" just awful!

Had an appointment with the Genius Bar. Was fast and friendly. I called ahead of time to double check that my problem could be fixed (I drove 1.5 hours to get here), got told yes. But then during the appointment I was told it wasn’t fixable but rather would need to buy a new phone. Would have loved to be told that prior to driving 1.5 hours to the store and now have to drive 1.5 hours back

Apple sucks now, AI customer service, every delivery is promised and then updated with later dates. I made my last apple purchase. Hire some people you inhumane late stage capitalist animals.Two thumbs way down.

I went into the Genius Bar hoping to get my iPhone 11 fixed. After running diagnostics, turns out it was a hardware issue and would’ve been relatively the same cost to get a newer phone. Tyler was the one who helped me out at the Genius Bar, and explained everything thoroughly. Tyler then walked me over to the sales part of the store where I met Jarrod. Jarrod was extremely honest and helpful. We talked through the trade-in deal that my phone carrier has and found what deal works the best. I had to leave the store to think on what new phone I would want, and Jarrod was happy to help me out to finish out the product. There was very little “pushing-to-sell” talk and I felt like he was just trying to help out. While I was transferring things over from the old phone to the new phone, I conversed with the employees who were very kind. I noticed their kindness and patience especially with customers that are not as tech-savvy was assuring. I left happy with my new iPhone. Thank you!

My daughter's apple pencil is 13 months old. We were told by apple support via text that they would replace for us. Went into this store and they refused to do so.Avoid this store if you can.

We have recently visited the Rosedale Apple Store three times. The first time they were kind of helpful. The second time three employees talked to us at the same time. The problem was minor and they talked to us like we were stupid. They were not helpful, they were so rude we turned to leave and then they offered to make an appointment for us. The third time two employees talked to us and each other. We needed a little help and I can’t believe how condescending and unprofessional they were. We left and got help at Best Buy. We also spent over $600 on Apple products at Best Buy.

iPhone 13 plus randomly gave me this message “unable to determine if camera is a genuine apple part” so I made an appointment here and their immediate response was to replace the whole camera for $200. I asked why this would be happening as I didn’t drop my phone and it’s in great condition. He said they have been seeing an increase in this error message, which seemed rather suspicious to me. No alternative or cost effective solution was given to me. So I went home and did a factory reset myself and what do you know… IT FIXED THE ISSUE. No more camera error message.
