Had a wet kit installed for a customer of mine from Alaska, that was purchasing a truck from me, and the communication we got from Zach to myself (in Mankato) and the customer (in Alaska) made what could have been a challenging project, relatively simple. They sold wrong bumper to me after painting job worth $400 on it they won't admit their mistake and still refused to take it back. My loss, bumper costs plus paint and paint job labor. I lost $800. I can still smile coz I learned some through them, a free lesson.”
