5 Stars for John. My husband and I needed new laptops and we had the best experience with John. He helped us to understand the different aspects of storage space between products and so on. I appreciate how genuine he was in wanting to help us and answer our novice questions to make an educated purchase. I can’t tell you the last time someone’s positive attitude and willingness to help made such an impact. Which is why I’m writing this review. He deserves all of the accolades. Thank you again, John!!

I ordered a Dell XPS laptop online. It was designated "Open Box-Excellent," which is defined as follows:"What you'll getA Geek Squad verified product that looks and works like new, restored to factory settings. Plus, all original parts and accessories.What might be missingOriginal packaging, owner's manual, and manufacter registration"It was delivered 4 days early, which was wonderful. But, the box was missing the HDMI and USB-A adapter. I contacted Best Buy support. After explaining the problem, I was told to go to any Best Buy store where the missing adapter would be replaced, and if the adapter was not available, they would exchange the box and contents I received for a box with the same laptop and all parts and accessories.I immediately went to Roseville, MN Best Buy store to seek this remedy. I was met with a floor staff member in the computer section who was very rude, telling me that they had no such adapters and he refused to make an exchange for a box that contained all the "parts and accessories." When I went to speak to the manager, this salesman followed me and tried to convince the manager of his interpretation of the problem, discounting the solution I was given by support.This experience was disappointing and insulting. I only wanted what was promised in the order. I ultimately settled for a cheap Insignia adapter as a replacement, but the time and rude treatment I received and the disconnect between support service soured me on Best Buy and their treatment of a customer who trusted them to abide by their promise to deliver the product they described,
