This is a great neighborhood branch! The branch manager is a wonderful man who really cares about his customers and getting them what they need. I come to this branch often and only because I know I will be taken care of. I think the company should look at re-investing some dollars into the branch for upgrades but cannot speak highly enough about the service that I receive.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Same with Mgmt. Had an issue with pmt and they were very patient with me. Car was great. Will definitely rent again when needed.

Showed up told me to wait I waited over 45 minutes just to tell me they don't have a I should be provided a vehicle from another location at least you should honor your booking . Overbooking is the name of the game so they don't guarantee your car

The staff at this location went above and beyond to ensure I could safely travel to a family event. They were courteous and friendly. I will absolutely rent from them in the future.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.The vehicle we rented was nice, and we had no issues with it at all.The only negative thing was that when we picked the vehicle up nobody did a walk around with us, they just handed us the keys.The interior of the vehicle clearly had nit been vacuumed or cleaned. There were crumbs on the floor, and the touch screens were all smudged up. It wasn't horrible, but it should have been a lot better.Other than the state of the interior of the vehicle the whole experience was a good one.

Had the unfortunate experience from one specific employee Tara- this experience is enough to have me stay as FAR AWAY from this place as possible! Went to turn in my rental and had questions about daily rate and basic charges. You would not believe the blatant rudeness and disrespectful attitude that was given- she clearly didn't want to be bothered and gave answers like " I don't know " or "I didn't do this "or " I'm telling you the system says this and that's all I know " she was an absolute unprofessional, immature, feisty little witch-Who also said "you can leave now or I'll call the cops!!" The nerve! Call the cops for a customer asking you questions and not pleased with your poor customer service and lack of knowledge here??? Sure go right ahead !!! The kicker and what has prompted me to move forward with this complaint was two- fold. 1) calling my 75 year young mom a bitch 2) after I stated the obvious complete ignorance and lack of respect when asked basic questions THIS PIECE OF WORK OPENLY STANDS in her behavior almost DARING ME to take this further! WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WHO IS GETTING their paychecks signed by this company would wholeheartedly represent it like TRASH - with such behavior and attitude that pushes customers and their business out the door??? Who acts like She is so solid with her job security that she can behave in such an aggressive, disrespectful, immature and unprofessional way with no consequences?????Really Tara???? SMHMaybe she was hung over, maybe having a bad day and I just caught her in a bad mood- I. Seriously. Doubt.it. Either way lost a customer forever while she is employed there!

Booked a car online through Budget 4 month ahead of my trip dates. 3 weeks prior to the pick up date I get a reminder about my upcoming reservation, which I click to review and discover a notice on top of my reservation dates saying the location I reserved a car in (intl airport in a foreign country) is closed on my pick up date due to a national holiday. I questioned the customer service as to why this circumstance was never communicated to me upon booking, and what can be done to help me now. They offered no help, no resolution, not even a clarification as to when that location will reopen on the next day after the holiday, and at the end simply hung up on me when I (politely!) requested to be compensated for the additional expenses I am sure to incur because of their mistake during booking.

Just ran my wife out the door without finishing her rental because they couldn't figure out the computer before it "shut down" at 6pm wasted money on an Uber to get there and then had to pay for another one to get back home. Do not recommend

The worst rental car experience I have ever had. They gave me a car with a maintenance light on. The third time driving the vehicle (through flat city roads), I got a flat tire. I tried to use Roadside Assistance, and they were so unhelpful. They couldn't tell me what my insurance covered and said I might get charged later, UNSURE of everything. In tears, I asked her what I could do cause everywhere was closed to help, and she showed ZERO empathy. I called the Roseville budget, and the employee helping me had zero advice and said I would not be able to exchange the vehicle. ZERO problem-solving. When I went to turn the car in ( 5 days earlier than planned due to all my issues), they did not get any sort of refund, sympathy, or help. Just simply rushed me out the door because they were busy. A few days later, I received the bill, and there were about $1,000.00 of "Misc. charges" that I have no clue what are, and no one has got back to me to explain my bill.

*update* They did refund me my gas but this morning they charged my credit card for an unknown reason more than a month after I dropped off the car. I very definitely we will be filing fraud charges now.Just dropped off my car to you and checked my receipt and saw that it had an extra $80 charge on it because your cashier decided to say that I did not fill up my fuel tank. I've got the receipt and the video footage from the super America across the street showing that I filled up my tank. Either your employee is fraudulently filling out the forms to make you more money or he doesn't know how to do his job properly. I will be contacting the budget corporate office 1st thing in the morning. Along with my bank and lawyer.

The budget rental on hiway 65 in Blaine is probably the only car rental we use. Staff is very nice efficient and really on top of stuff. Cars are clean and they are always willing to work with you.

I rolled with my best friend to her wedding in Las Vegas and had the worst experience in a 2022 traverse. I live in Minnesota we made it to Iowa a few hours into the drive and the tire blows out. There was no spare and the vehicle. We had to rent out a hotel for a night. The next day they brought us a different vehicle and wouldn't reimburse us for a room.

So fast and easy to rent from! I went through priceline to get a good discount. They accept debit cards from your bank if you bring proof of address like a utility bill. Friendly staff as well. We got in a 2022 brand new mini van!

Pulling up to the location I honestly didn't expect much....The gentleman that helped us was friendly and kind. He explained everything in detail and was extremely efficient. From the time we walked in and left it was 25 minutes.
