Today is Thursday, August 7th 2025. I walked into this establishment and I was greeted it immediately with smiles. I had the most wonderful experience here. The 2 ladies I never got their names they were both wonderful to me. I didn't buy anything there but..... they restuffed my Glaceon (I named her Crystal). They were (SUPER) friendly. I (KNOW) I will be coming back here again. This message is to those 2 women that treated me nicely. (Thank you so much!!!)

I would have had a 5/5 star experience had it not been for the annoying employee singing every musical in the book at the top of her lungs the entire time, ruining the experience for others.

Amazing employee. Took my son for his 1st birthday and although he didn’t know what was going on they made sure to give him the full experience and we walked out very happy. Even purchased an extra Halloween bear.

Went with my partner to get some water bears! Cara was an absolute delight and did all the fun cute magic stuff with us regardless of us being adults. They made for a great experience :)

We go here pretty often either to browse or buy something and everyone is always SO FRIENDLY even if it's super busy. My daughter loves going to pick new animals or accessories for the animals she has.
