Popped in with a post it note of the needle needed as I tried to get an old sewing machine up and running again and they were fast and helpful. Once I realized the old machine wasn’t cutting it we came back and bought a new machine here and they were really helpful selecting one and helping us understand how to use it.... read full comment

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were able to research and order an inset for my mom's sewing table. It fits perfectly and mom is a happy quilter.
