SCAMMERS / FALSE ADVERTISING - PRICE HAS QUADRUPLED IN LESS THAN 1YR.
I have about 9months and they will have raised my price TWICE NOW. The first time doubling it and now GOING UP AGAIN, MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL AGREED UPON AMOUNT.
THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL.
My unit is THE MOST INCONVENIENT to get to, so thought that was part of the deal. TWICE AS EXPENSIVE AS ANYWHERE ELSE. Pretty sure people are living in here. I'll smell food or smoke if I go in after hours.
I was LIED TO and told the price could go up eventually, but that it wouldn't double or anything. They've DOUBLED IT TWICE.
They purposely advertise prices lower than competitors, just to double it 3 months later.
NOT WORTH IT - AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Our nonprofit uses this location to store things for our homeless outreach and other supplies. The staff is incredibly friendly and the building itself is very clean. I would highly recommend.

Its fine, it was clean. But without warning, they increase the rent. They "mail you a post card" to let you know it will be increasing (you cant text or send an email..?), which can happen whenever they want and to any degree. I was renting a unit for $102 a month and after 2 months they raised the rent to $140. Absolutely insane and in very poor practice. There is nothing special about Extra Space that sets it apart from any other place charging half that amount for the same size unit. And, this location had one loading area with an out of order door half the time, and the other loading area has a cracked door and there are never any carts, even when no one else is there but me.
