I paid for international priority and dropped off the package at kiosk at 5:35pm (transaction record was printed with timestamp) which is 25 minutes before deadline for express pickup. However, the package was picked up the next day. The staff said it’s human error. Well, customer has to pay for FedEx’s staff error and there is nothing customer can do.

Paid $150 for 2day shipping. It took 4 days to deliver the package. They refused to credit or refund me anything. Straight up stealing people's money here

Curtis has the customer service skills of a wet noodle. As a former employee and knowledgeable printer, it is freaking torturous to deal with a man who is probably 10-15 years my senior who A. Can't create a convenience code and B. Talks so confidently about my being wrong when he doesn't know how to find a SKU. I don't know if it's just because I'm a young woman, or because he just needs further training but it is a test of my patience.
I do my work self serve, I get in and get out and don't make a fuss or act rude. I would just like to have someone understand what I need to do and not act like I'm a pain for knowing my stuff.

Anastasia is a rockstar! She made the whole experience fun.
We came in yesterday to have our original house-plans scanned to a USB that we can take to our attorney, as well as to have the originals preserved in laminate that we will then frame and put up on our walls post remodeling.
The plans are from the late 1960’s or so, and incredibly brittle. They are as “authenticated” as they are going to be, as they were handed down from the second owners who said that they were in here for 30 years.
Arik and the crew were concerned, but when we saw how open they were to making sure that we got what we came for, we knew that we would be okay (they brainstormed with us to get it right).
We left it overnight, and when we arrived this morning, the card payment point of sale devices were malfunctioning. So we left to get cash, and then came back with doughnuts to thank Anastasia for having handled the project overnight.
There is a medium-length dark hair laminated into the plan that is the front concept drawing, but it just authenticates that this is the original plan that we brought in <3
We plan to return to look at the greeting cards and stationary there. At first glance, it all looks so good that it got me excited to write my mother in law more often!

Nice to print stuff when you don't have a printer. But, because I couldn't find anywhere on the website to give this feedback, there's a bug/design flaw in the payment screen for printing. The CCV field is a scrollable input (scrolling while hovering over it will increase or decrease the value, which is really not what you want). Please send a bug report to someone who can fix it so I don't have to have my credit card rejected three times before figuring out that the input is poorly designed.

Frustrating experience today. Wanted to copy six pages onto cardstock. The first guy, Curtis was very nice but had not been trained and he bumbled through until he was actually getting some success. Then Steve came along and said, 'Whoa, whoa, whoa, what are you doing? Have you given her a quote?" Then proceeded to create an order, 1.50 per page, a handfeeding fee, a rush fee, well over $200. Steve said to me, "We have a teachable moment here"
I asked for my original back and I would go somewhere else. I asked that the $1.50 that had been charged on my card (Curtis had been trying to help me, and directed me to pay at the self serve machines) be refunded. Curtis tried for another 15 minutes and finally asked Steve who was wondering around aimlessly. Steve said, "Curtis you did nothing wrong. The machine has a glitch." Like I was being unreasonable.
Steve was unable to figure out how to refund my money or apparently open the cash drawer and hand me my $1.50. I asked for my card back and left. Over an hour, and a buck fifty to watch two monkey's f a football.
I went home and got the whole project uploaded to Office Depot and shipped to my house for $65.

Got my passport photo taken here this morning. I was in and out quickly, and the staff was friendly.
