Seriously bad experience here. Didn’t quote me, then charged me $7 for cutting a few sheets of paper in half, which took them about 3 seconds. Won’t be back.

The assistant manager Steve was such a great help with getting my package sent! Kind, courteous, and comfortableto work with! Most places lack great customer service in these present days. Steve made my day!

Spent 20 minutes to drop off a return, the only individual in the store. Customer service was not great as it felt as I was interrupting the employees morning tasks, the other employee working at the time also kept asking questions to the individual helping me- very distracting. Frustrated with the whole experience.

Service is trash. Employees rude and unhelpful. Guy did not know how to scan a we code for package pick up acted like he did not know what I was talking about.

This place gotten worse. The associates are not being helpful and rude. We are relying on the service to deliver the mail and expecting the store associate to help sending the mail, they refuse to help, and told to leave while were still inside the store.

Good people, but this company has messed up system to rip you off for shipping. Nothing to do with people who work there.Also their delivery drivers are lazy and useless. 2 day express will end up with 5 days. What is the point of paying those extra money? I would just used USPS instead.

Store manager was really rude. Seemed like he was bothered by having to help me with a simple shipping task (return using QR code to generate shipping label). Without saying anything, he proceeded to cut open my box. When asked what he was doing, he said he had to verify that I was returning what I said I was returning. Then he looked at the screen and said, Oh, I guess I don’t have to with this one. SMH.

I've been standing in line for about 15 minutes with 1 thing to return. 1 dude is doing all the work. There is another guy here but he seems to just want to put stickers on boxes instead of helping me. The phone rang a million times. Nobody answered it. The guy who was helping people was very nice & friendly. It was super awkward to just stand there waiting forever when it seems like that other dude should have been helping customers and answering phones. I feel bad for the guy doing all the work.

Costs for printing are exceptionally expensive. My items were 30 pages total, it was $13 including their “lovely” service fee. My items were ready and I was prepared, but, even the cashier didn’t know the prices. So much for Kinko’s, may they rest in peace.
