I can only imagine the holidays are a trying time to work at FedEx. I was having a hard time locating a package that was marked “delivered” to this location. Bobbie was able to help sort it out, found my packages and was super fun and friendly throughout! Plus, whoever is taking care of this plant is succeeding!!!

Staff was not friendly at all. Our package was fully ready to ship, with label and weight listed. They seemed quite put out to have to verify the weight. Isn't that part of their job?
