When you thought it was a good day but ended up having the worst day due to the horrible customer service here. Called to ask a quick question about an available shoe just to be put on hold for 10min. Really? I knew I wasn't going to get an answer cause the background was nothing but silent. It's a simple question. Is it that bad that you can't answer a question? They need to retrain these employees and figure out how to not stand around and really help people. Have this society become introverts? Why work at a place if you don't want to talk and help people? Big thumbs down even for a store that is at a good mall. I expected higher customer service than this.

Just wanted to inform this store that their employee by the name of Cortez has been leaving their dog unattended in his Chevy Camaro, in the 90 degree heat, throughout the entirety of multiple of his shifts. I reported it to security today and they have told me that they have gotten multiple calls on multiple occasions about this same dog and same car. Security, as well as the police, came and did nothing. This dog has been unattended, panting, without water, and sitting in its own urine for over an hour now and nobody seems to care. I would talk to your employee, Footlocker.

Kinda slow which is kind of a big deal if you have several you want to try on since they have to get them all out from the back for you, but good selection for a non enthusiast
