The people at all of the the locations Were very friendly and always knew what they were talking about. I’ve never had a bad experience and do most of my purchases and maintenance with them.

Added some storage to the front fork, got the Salsa components from the shop. Amazing staff.

the Freewheel crew is fantastic. I've brought in 3-4 bikes, been at least a half dozen times and have always felt superb leaving. Staff is kind and polite. Costs are always reasonable and their communication is great- they've been spot on with how long repairs will take etc. Cannot recommend them enough!
