“I travel a long distance from the Aldi that's closer to my neighborhood I like this all day because it's more of a pleasant environment and a better experience and I don't feel like I'm in danger when I go into this Aldi like I would any other Aldi like the one near Lake Phalen off of Maryland Avenue and across the street from cub freaking dangerous place unsafe environment so I go to the Aldi on Larpenteur Avenue”
“Love Aldi but there’s no reason you should only have 2 of 6 lanes open at 6pm on a weeknight. At least have an express lane or self check out. Turned around several times when the line is too long and I just want to stop for one or two items”

“An ongoing tradition since 1989. Excellent mix of produce vendors, craft food vendors, and food service vendors, there's something here for everyone.
You'll spend a little more than at Target, but you're support local business and getting product Target doesn't carry. Parking is tight. Show up early or park in the overflow parking at the Richfield Ice Arena.”

“Aldi provides amazing food options for everyone. The selections may be limited in scope but the price is still less expensive than other grocery store chains. They provide really good food choices with less artificial ingredients.”
“While not typically open to the public, they do accept walk in customers. Mostly geared towards bulk pizza chain goods (i.e. sauces, flour, cheeses) they have a wide variety of other ingredients to suit most any type of style.”
“Been shopping here periodically for the last 15 yrs( they used to be in the warehouse district) for my concessions business. Great folks always quick with phone in orders or walk-ins. Friendly and great staff.”
“Aldi in Richfield, Shakopee, and Eden Prairie are clean and well stocked. Produce is fresh and high quality. All 3 have self checkout kiosks, and open additional cashier lines if traffic is heavy. Great variety of cheeses at low prices, and imported pasta too. Aldi has added more easy prep frozen family meals in the past few years. They also have seasonal offerings, e.g. spaetzle from Germany, Christmas cookies, several other European cookies, imported coffees.”

“This was a pretty cool spot! I liked the variety of fruits they had and other items you can get. I stopped in a while ago to grab a deli item, steam rolls, and it was decent and the portion is pretty generous.
If you tend to get overwhelmed easily I would not come here. The route to get here is confusing and the parking lot is terrible. There are soooo many potholes and there are no parking lines so you kind of guess if that is a spot or maybe leave with a few door dings. Another thing is the check out area: there isn’t a spot that says “Line forms here” so customers create multiple lines. When you are done checking out, you have to go against the flow of people and that is a bit awkward.”
“Wow! I love this coop a lot! I do not have a membership, buy if I lived here (nearby), I certainly would. Great selection of fresh, nutritious food - especially Great for vegan/vegetarian folks, with reasonable prices.”

“For a very long time I have avoided shopping at Aldi because there's always people in there who are not aware of their surroundings and are constantly in the way of other people just trying to shop. I primarily only go there for Instacart orders that I've accepted and this particular location recently redid how their stores set up and I really liked the new setup a lot more than the way it was before. I'm actually pretty impressed with it. Still not crazy about the store itself but the new setup is nice.”
“The selection was excellent, as were the prices. My only regret is that I didn't get there sooner. I didn't have enough time to roam the store properly. I'll be going back to finish my explorations later. Looking forward to it!”

“If you need a spice for any cuisine they probably have it! Fresh fruit and vegetables Cub doesn't carry. Meat and seafood as well as a small prepared food counter. Jeweler at front of store. Prices aren't bad considering they're going up everywhere.”
“I'm telling you, this store has done a complete 180. Great staff nowadays. The security guard D.J. is the nicest guy you'll ever meet. Even just talking to him after my purchase at great length, he still took the time to greet everyone coming in and thank those leaving without skipping a beat. I don't know about you, but that's above and beyond a security guard's purview. Pass that along to Securitas, Aldi!”

“This location seems a lot larger than others in St. Paul. A little nicer, too. The parking lot sucks -rather strange layout. No stop signs or anything, seems like an accident waiting to happen. It's in a large strip mall.”
“I have been parring down the breadth of what I eat. I am eating less processed foods and more from scratch meals. Aldi works very well for me. They are smaller than other large chairs and they don't carry everything, which suits me just fine. Their store brand products are excellent and less expensive than name brands.”

“Place is legit. Cheapest organic beef anywhere. Lots of organic options, gluten free bread. It’s great.
We get beef & chicken here, both organic, and get all of our rice here. Anything that is expensive at other stores, we get at ALDI.
Only downside is if you’re looking for healthy snacks or healthy breakfast, those two areas are lacking. But I’m always surprised at what we can find here that’s organic!”
