Prices at all Goodwills have gotten way out of hand and then they took away the fitting rooms, which wouldn't be half so bad if they had a fair return policy but they don't. This means that you have to hope clothes will work and when they don't you're stuck with them. Boo to you Goodwill.

Stopped at this Goodwill to check it out a couple days ago. Really great selection of items but prices could be better for items like Name brand jackets, especially ones with stains. The moment I walked into the store i noticed how friendly the girl at the cash register was. For someone who was working by herself up front with a long line of people, she handled it so well. I would come back to this location!

Customer service officially dead. I went to donate a car full of quality donations. Got there and then I have to unload it all, And to top it off, there's an employee standing off to the side pointing and telling me what goes where. And two other employees walking in and out of the garage, helping no one. Well never again, next time Mpls city pickup will get it all less work for me.

When we arrived to drop off a donation, there was one small vehicle in line. The overhead door opened, the vehicle entered, and the overhead door closed. After 15 to 20 minutes, I walked around to the other (exit) side of the building and found that the donation area was empty. Asked the "worker" why he had not opened the door to let us in. He had no acceptable answer. I returned to my vehicle, and after about another 5 to 10 minutes, the "worker" finally opened the door. So, 30 minutes to drop off a donation, when we were 2nd in line! That is just not acceptable.I will NEVER donate to Goodwill again. I'll go to Savers or any other location, but I'm done with Goodwill.

Just like most Goodwill stores they charge too much for what they get for free, and there really is no tax breaks.

Great improvement from the last time I'd been here! The store was clean and the staff all seemed friendly, but I only spoke to Abbey (I think that was her name) who helped me find some goodies. Great prices, well organized deals all laid out for me to poke around at.

I tried to donate items to this location today and before I even pulled a bag out of my car, the employee standing there asked if I had a pet at home. I said I did and he said they can't take anything from me then because he and other employees are severely allergic to animals. I had never heard of this and was unsure how they got donations then. Do not recommend this goodwill.

The prices are higher than necessary. It’s really a bummer. Just dropping the prices a couple dollars would make a huge difference. The shelves are usually pretty full, so at least it’s fun to look around.

Very clean and organized store! Abbey was very friendly, professional, and helpful with helping me find things. I highly recommend this store over other GW locations.

Shirts were all around $8 and used leggings were around $11. Very expensive for thrift with a lot of it being brands you could buy new for a couple $ more. I would recommend 'My Thrift Store' in St Paul for better items at a lower price.

I talked with the store manager about a product, and she was rude to me for no apparent reason. It made this store feel unwelcoming, and I used to shop here often. It really disappointed me that this happened.

These twin city goodwills have started charging way to much for broken and used goods. It’s especially frustrating when you realize they get the stuff for free and are profiting from other peoples donations. Had to wait for a manager to price a mug today since it didn’t have a tag. She came and looked at it and quoted me the same price I could have gotten it at the store. I also grabbed a cookie jar that was cheaper so I mentioned that and she matched it but jeez. Even a used shirt was like $8 and that was with a stain.
